I currently have the Clone Wars base set and I’m trying to build up an army and am wondering how the two units compare. Thanks in advance.

The learn to play rules say that you first issue orders to however many units you can based on your command card. Then during the activation phase you can either activate a unit with a face up order token or activate a unit from the order pool. My question is why does it matter which units you issue orders to in the first phase if you can just immediately activate a unit from the order pool? I’m very new to this game so sorry if this doesn’t make sense. Please let me know if I need to clarify anything and thank you in advance.

So i was thinking to build a Diorama of the Hoth base with the Millenium Falcon in it but i dont know wich scale would be fitting. I want to use my SW Legion Minis because i really like the scale . Does any one know wich model scale i should use? Or even recommend a model/toy i could possible use.

SW legion was my first tabletop game ever. I fell in love with it and it opened the door to other games. When they did the rule changes I was excited. I liked the idea of the new cards, the new rules and the changes to various units.

Here is where my rant comes in:

I was a little disappointed at the start when they released the new rules and then said all the updates and changes will be available for purchase a year out. The print and play was okay but felt like now I don’t have a reason to buy other products. I run rebels so I was excited for the sleeper cells, but after those came out I realized now I have zero reasons to spend money and support the game for probably a year out. Why are they releasing stuff so far apart? Why do we barely get new things throughout the year? I know some will say “balancing units take time” but I currently play a game called conquest. They announced new units, a whole ass new faction AND new starter boxes for each faction only to end it and say “all this will be available for purchase in 2 weeks”.

I was excited when they said they had like a 5 year road map for SW Legion but now I’m realizing that they’re just overly stretching it out. Other than ARF and Ahsoka, this year is literally filled with re releases like the hard plastic troopers or the “new card packs” that’ll be available end of summer…..

Ok is it me, or is the new plastic (specifically the crab and aqua droid) not as "hard" as like older hard plastic?

I have seen many saying that it was all-but confirm that they'll restock the starters sets with two faction, but is there a little hope? Because if there is not I'll need to look for the older one to get in the game.

I've been interested in Legion for some time but it's never been quite the right time for me to pick it up. I now am in a position to do so but I'm a little confused about the state of the game. I'm aware AMG took over running the game a few years ago and from their website it seems they did a sizeable rule refresh last year and are currently updating older units with new card art/sculpts? Looking online a lot of (UK based) retailers seem to be out of stock for a lot of items including the original Core Set.

• Is there any actual confirmation of a new Rebel/Empire Core Set coming? I know they're refreshing Rebel Troopers / Stormtrooper sculpts
• Are the older cards/datasheets still usable?
• Is the new rulebook available for purchase anywhere or is the downloadable version from AMG's website the only option?

I'm very keen to play the game but I'm a little hesitant to commit any money given AMG's handling of X-Wing and Armada (rule changes aside, their communication regarding both games was terrible).

Recently picked up a couple boxes of geos and looking to play with them soon. Haven't played too much of the new edition so any advice is helpful!

I’ve recently fully embraced speed paints. Knocked out 20 models in under 4 hours.

If a trooper exceeds its courage lvl enough to panic, but a vehicle with a field commander is in range, how does that work since vehicle have no courage lvl and the troops are supposed to use the commanders courage. Sorry if this is confusing.

Hello, I'm looking to get into SW Legion. I get that the unit cards come in the boxes, but is there a way to get extra copies of them? Can I buy the cards on ebay or etsy? I haven't found any on sale. (except for some promo ones that are like $50)

Hello all. I got into this game for a short time around the clone wars expansion and bought several expansions, including this tank. The game kinda fell off for me (the hobby side was not for me at that time) and my collection was put to the side

I have recently been going through my stuff to likely try to sell, but I am curious about the current state of this expansion. I am familiar enough to have seen the rule update (including the consolidation of Phase I and Phase II clones), but I am confused on what is going on with this tank? It seems pricy to get, but the stat card was removed from the game?

Does the model still hold value to current players in any way?
