Rab Microlight Alpine Jack or North Face Hydrenalite Down Hoodie Jacket.

Which jacket is better for:

Everyday use including walking to work and snow removal in Canada average winter is 5 to -15 with the worst being -30 to -40.

Can I wear it -20 to -40 if I layer? Sorry for American folks you will have to do the F conversion y’all choose to have a different measurement for temperature then the rest of the world.
