I will be travelling for an extended weekend from Bergen to Bucharest for a few days. I have a friend that works there but will not be able to connect with full time. My original plan was to travel with a colleague from Bergen but ended up having to drop out last minute due to sickness so this trip became near solo.

No real plan but expecting to be completely free on 1-2 days in there. (4x days trip). Aim to see Bucharest for most of the time while leave for one of the castle tour on one of the day. Very eager to check out some food scene in town. Up for even dipping into the Blacksea.

27F travelling solo to Lima/Cusco from the Netherlands.
It was not supposed to be a solo trip, but my now ex-boyfriend ended our relationship two weeks before we were supposed to leave, so now it is! This also means that my itinerary is incredibly empty right now, as the hikes we were planning to do around Cusco would be too risky to do on my own.
I will start out in Cusco and end the trip in Lima, but the travel date between the two is flexible.

I would love to find someone to travel a good part of the trip with, but meet-ups are okay too! I'm not very much into the nightlife, but I do love exploring markets and ruins and touristy places and anything to do with food :)

And if anyone would want to go on a hike together, that would be the absolute best. Both beautiful scenery and touristy things like markets are simply much more fun when you have someone to share the experience with.

Hello, this will be my first solo travel and while Im the type of person to enjoy doing things on my own and digging in deep into the culture and history of a area I think I want to be more extroverted this time around and potentially make some friends while im out and about in Scandinavia. 29m traveling to Japan solo from the USA. Never traveled to a foreign country solo and have never been here before but this is a trip I've always wanted to do. Only a week long but I could extend a few more days if I wanted to. No real plans for anything yet just a few basic touristy things such as Tokyo Tree, Shibuya Sky, eating lots of sushi/ramen/anything that catches my eye. Just wanting to vibe and see how it goes, on a pretty minimal budget here but also not wanting to miss out on too much because of that.

I've booked flights to and from Bangkok from 10th January until the 26th January, from the UK. Booked them to spend my birthday somewhere hot and interesting, and always wanted to go to Thailand so felt like a good fit.

I haven't thought of a full itinerary yet, I just know I want to go to Chiang Mai and some of the islands for a more chilled out experience (was thinking maybe Krabi and/or Koh Phi Phi).

I've travelled solo quite a few times, but mainly when I've been to the US where I have family to accommodate me. Not averse to solo travelling in Thailand, but it'd be better to share the experience with someone/a group.
