Rewatching parks and rec and love that Ben Schwartz and Jenny Slate play brother and sister. I know they’re acting but their mannerisms are on point and they look like they could easily pass for siblings
EDIT: can’t change the title. Jean-Ralphio
It's Criminal to cut the best scene of the entire series imo
I enjoy the clever humor the show has to offer about politics and government in general
In 04x16 Jerry turns 64 (or 16) whilst his actor Jim O’Heir was barely 53 in real life!
I am convinced the girl who loves the hiking trails in episode 3? Of season 2 “the setup” is Vanessa Bayer and my husband is convinced this is someone else. This character is not credited from anything that I can find on the internet (I looked for about 10 min 😅) so I have to know… who is this actress?
Rewatching Wilfred after a long time and I noticed
I apologise if this has been asked before, but is Dr Saperstein (father of the most terrible children in the world) a reference to Dr Saperstein in Rosemary's Baby? Rosemary's cultish preterm doctor...?
Rewatching parks and rec and got to the scene where everyone tells Leslie what their jobs will be to run her campaign. Such a sweet underrated moment
Gotta be Ken Hotate in my humble opinion.Seeing him play white people like a fiddle and helping Leslie was always great to watch.
full disclosure: i love the Harvest Festival episode (it’s probably in my top 5-10 episodes) and i will always love it for a myriad of reasons (lil sebastian, ken hotate, the atrocities in blue — i could go on)
but the more i’ve rewatched it, the more that Ben claiming he’s the curse and leaving feels really random and out of character:
i guess you could read it as anyone could be driven to think they’re bad luck if enough bad things happen (and Ben sort of being sucked into believing in curses after being dumbfounded that Pawnee is so superstitious) but it’s always felt like such a random and underdeveloped plot point they could’ve done more with in an otherwise stellar episode.
anyways it is NOT that deep and i still love the episode but i was just curious if anyone else had ever thought noticed this and had thoughts 😅
I'll reply as Craig
I was really hoping this would be a double billing, but sadly it’s not.
