Since our tickets are already booked and we can’t cancel the trip, we’re now looking for a safe and affordable place to stay. Ideally, we’d like a room at Sindh House or an army mess, as these options are secure and budget-friendly. Our budget is under 6,000 PKR per night.

How can we verify if the GST tax deducted on our shopping or restaurant bills—15% for cash or 5% for card payments—is actually being sent to the FBR? Is there any way to check this through an invoice ID or tracking number? Many businesses now prefer cash payments, possibly to avoid FBR tax tracking. For example, I requested to pay by card at a restaurant to apply the 5% GST, but they declined and charged 15% for cash instead.

Aoa, my laptop is in need of a cleaning and thermal paste renewal. Every shop I find online seems to have a few reviews of the shop being untrustworthy or charging more or stealing parts and I don't know what to do.

The most glaring problem I have right now is that my charger pin heats up instantly when I'm charging while using my laptop, first time it's happened and since I have a gaming laptop it's been impossible to use and I can't charge it cause I don't want to cause any damage by overheating.

Long story short, I am an ACCA drop out, I went into it without much thought or know-how and wasted precious years of my life on it. I am considering the EASA part-66 program at the Institute of Space Technology. I recently visited them and met some key people who gave me an overview of their program. I am interested in aviation and demonstrated some of my aircraft components knowledge. Besides that, I am good at Mathematics and Physics. My major concern is if their faculty is good enough to give proper guidance, since my experience of faculty behavior in ACCA was terrible and sometimes I would be suggested to pass my exams through illegal means which I refused. When I visited the IST to learn about EASA part-66 I was told that 75 out of 100 is the minimum passing mark and it concerned me because I don't wanna be stuck over flunked exams as this happened to me in ACCA, they kept failing me at 49 over two and a half years and their passing marks are 50, I went through so much stress and depression that I needed to get out of it. Other than that I am also considering teaching (English & Math) to the Matric/O-level/IGCSE and classes junior as another option, this seems like a much more forward and safer option compared to any other thing I previously mentioned and it will allow me to establish myself in the industry much sooner. Has anybody done EASA training here? How is their faculty and do people get stuck in it like in CA/ACCA? Any suggestion?

I live overseas in the UK and my dad has houses in Pakistan on his name, one particular house the tenants are not paying the rent, this has been an issue for a long time and my dad has had enough.

My dad is saying he had given the authority to my uncle to who has an authority letter, now my uncle has served a notice on the tenants that they need to leave after one month, they were saying this is called 'starm' or something.

How does all this work, now my dad was saying the next process is if they refuse to leave they will go to court, or they will send people with the police to remove the tenants.
