Ours is to ensure that everyone in the world has enough to eat and no one goes hungry ever again.
May Allah SWT support us and help us to make this dream come true, Ameen.
We start with a small step, with our question of, how can we make this sustainable?
Our mission is simple: everyone in the world deserves food.
What We’ve Done So Far:
We’ve managed a small-scale meal drive where we ordered and distributed 30 meals.
The meals were sourced from local food stands, supporting the community.
While it is a modest start, we’re eager to expand and create a more structured approach. However, there’s a lot to consider in scaling up:
Where Do We Begin?
We have several moving parts, and we want to make sure we’re building on a solid foundation. We’d love your advice on the following:
Legal Setup: Should we start by formalizing our organization legally, or can we operate as an informal charity for now?
Social Media: We have an account, but haven’t posted anything yet. Should we focus on building a social media presence first to engage the community and gather support?
Volunteers: As we grow, we want to get more volunteers involved so the process doesn’t fall solely on one person. How do we effectively recruit and manage volunteers, especially locally in Pakistan?
Operations: There’s a lot to think about — from administration to distribution to making sure we follow proper legal and safety protocols. What are your thoughts on getting this right? We want it to work like a machine, and not have to implement jugaad. We also have to ensure health and safety in our meals.
Our Plan for Next Month:
For the next month, we’re focusing on hot meals, since it’s winter and many people are in need of warmth and sustenance.
One suggestion we’ve received to ensure transparency and accountability is to: Pre-decide the meal menu and target (e.g., if one meal costs 400 rupees, we’ll aim to raise just enough to cover 50 meals, so the total will be 20,000 rupees).
How We Stay Anonymous Yet Trustworthy:
We prefer to stay anonymous but want to assure you that transparency and trust are our top priorities. We want to keep the process as transparent as possible.
We are trying to ensure that we only raise the amount that's needed, and want to have a transparent structure, maybe a public record where everyone can see the finances (of course with your details anonymized).
We appreciate your thoughts, suggestions, maybe on how to recruit volunteers, ways to set up a more efficient distribution process, or tips on legal and administrative work, and especially in how to ensure health and safety standards, etc — share all ideas!
Thank you for your time.
P.S. Please feel free to share any meal ideas for next month.
ALSO, we may be the first ones to accept donations in crypto as well, it will be fun to implement this and see how it goes, of course we're going to have to find a broker that allows gas free transactions for organizations.
TLDR; We aim to ensure everyone in the world has enough to eat. We’ve completed a small meal drive (30 meals) sourced from local food stands and now want to expand. We’re seeking advice on the following:
Should we start with a legal setup or stay informal?
Should we focus on social media to engage the community?
How can we recruit and manage volunteers?
How can we streamline operations and ensure efficiency?
Next month, we plan to provide hot meals for the winter, with a transparent fundraising approach (target meal costs, no excess funds). We prefer anonymity but prioritize transparency. Ideas and suggestions for volunteer recruitment, operations, and legal setup are welcome. We may also accept crypto donations once we have a proper process in place.
Is because the ones who issued the orders to fire on their own civilians inside their own capital would then be exposed to international scrutiny. They do not want to lose their foreign ayyashiyan. They do not want Magnitsky act hanging over their heads.
Everyone, look at your number 1 army 💩that needs to switch off lights and internet to murder their civilians inside the capital next to Supreme Court, Parliament and Constitutional Avenue. This is who they are. As sad as it is, their only fear is to stay back and face the music of miseries they perpetuate upon the masses.
The rivers of money that used to flow towards Pakistan are now flowing towards Ukraine & India and it happened under their incompetent and unprofessional watch. The world does not trust Pakistani leadership (the real one) because they have shown time and again that they are bicchhoos jin ki khaslat mein sab ko daank maarna hai.
They are so far detached from reality in their heads because of their own narrative machines that the moment any of them has to converse about anything substantive it becomes painfully obvious how shallow and childish their worldview is. They’re angry at losing that money train, so they will take it out on the only people against whom unki kuch chalti hai: their awam.
The boycott does not hurt the generals but it absolutely is hurting colonels and brigadiers in this disgusting parallel economy they have created for the company. Please keep it up ❤️

The sugar industry in Pakistan has long been a lucrative enterprise, often described as a sector where wealth flows like monsoon rains. Behind nearly every sugar mill, one can find prominent political figures such as the Sharif, Zardari, Tareen, Chaudhry, Khusro, and Makhdoom families, along with individuals like Humayun Akhtar. Here’s a breakdown of how this industry operates, often at the expense of farmers and the nation.
Sugarcane is typically ready for harvesting by mid-November, bursting with juice and at its heaviest weight. However, mill owners intentionally delay the crushing process under various pretexts. This delay causes sugarcane to dry out, reducing its weight and consequently lowering the payment to farmers. Despite this reduction in weight, the sugar content remains intact, ensuring no loss to the mill owners while farmers bear the brunt of the delay.
The exploitation continues with purchasing tactics. Mill owners often refuse to pay the government-announced rate for sugarcane, coercing farmers into selling at lower prices. If farmers demand the official rate, their crops are outright rejected. Desperate to repay loans and cover their expenses after a year of hard labor, farmers are forced to accept reduced rates, often on informal receipts or "raw slips."
At the mill, another layer of exploitation unfolds. Farmers frequently report under-weighing of their produce, further reducing their earnings. Payments are delayed, leaving many farmers in financial distress. With no recourse, farmers find themselves helpless against a system controlled by influential mill owners, who are often deeply embedded in the government.
Sugar mill owners wield significant influence within the government. They manipulate production statistics to falsely claim a surplus, obtaining approval for exports. In global markets, sugar prices are lower than in Pakistan, but the mafia argues that exports will benefit the government by bringing in foreign currency. To bridge the gap between domestic and global prices, they lobby for subsidies, which are approved by the very government officials linked to the sugar mafia.
What’s worse, much of the sugar marked for export is smuggled to South Asia via Afghanistan, allowing mill owners to pocket full profits while benefiting from export subsidies.
When Imran Khan's government came into power, he attempted to challenge the sugar mafia's dominance. Key reforms included:
These measures disrupted the mafia’s control over the industry and resulted in notable improvements for farmers. However, this confrontation strained relationships between Khan and influential figures within the sugar sector, leading to political fallout. The PML-N, which had previously labeled Jahangir Tareen a "sugar thief," aligned itself with him in an ironic twist.
One of the most impactful reforms during Imran Khan’s tenure was the introduction of the tax stamping or track-and-trace system for sugar tax collection. The data from just one quarter after its implementation revealed the extent of revenue leakage that had previously gone unchecked. This system highlighted the financial stakes involved and shed light on why figures like Jahangir Tareen distanced themselves from Khan.
Under subsequent governments, the sugar mafia has regained its influence. Farmers are once again being exploited, and the cycle of manipulation and corruption continues unchecked. The hard-fought gains made during Khan's tenure appear to have been undone, leaving farmers vulnerable to the same injustices.
In conclusion, the sugar industry in Pakistan remains a microcosm of the country’s broader governance issues, where vested interests, political affiliations, and systemic exploitation override the welfare of ordinary citizens.
Because the sugar industry is such an industry in Pakistan in which wealth rains like the rain of Sawan. Sharif, Zardari, Tareen, Chaudhry family, Khusro family, Makhdoom family, Humayun Akhtar, you will see some politician behind every sugar mill you see.
If we look at the figures of the tax stamping project or what is called track & trace, which was implemented during the Khan government, in relation to sugar tax collection, then the story becomes clear as to why Tareen left Khan. The picture shows only one quarter, i.e. 4 months, after the implementation of this project. This project was implemented in the first phase on sugar and in the second phase on tobacco industry. The next phase was to be on cement/cotton/wheat. The PDM government had started two numbers in it on tobacco industry.
