My mother and father love preparing BBQ, a craft they learned from my Thayajan. Though he passed away a few years ago, his BBQ recipe has been cherished and grilled in our home for decades. On a day when we missed him dearly, we made this BBQ and plated it with care. Do you feel the love captured in this dish? The sight of split green chilies teasing your taste buds, the crunch of fresh cucumbers inviting that first bite, and the juicy lemons ready to burst, enhancing the smoky flavors of his perfected recipe. May Allah grant him mercy and a place in Jannah. His legacy lives on, not only in our hearts but also in every mouthwatering bite.
I see people uploading Foods like tacos pasta Noodles or ramen in Pakistani food subreddit. The food that you ate in Pakistan doesn't makes it Pakistani food . There are subreddit for uploading food like those Chinese food, japanese foods, Italian foods. I wish my friends upload foods that actually represents pakistani culture and traditions. It will also helps someone who wants to know about Pakistan.
Hi guys!
20 years ago, I went to my Pakistani friend house. Her mum made a dish, I had it with roti.
It was scrambled eggs but look like keema. I couldn't believe when my friend said it's scrambled eggs. the taste is so divine! It was saucy, spicy and tangy. I'm pretty sure her mum put amchoor (mango powder) there.
However my friend has now moved away and we lost in contact. I really wanted to recreate the dish but I tried to check YouTube and google I could not find.
Is anyone else familiar with the dish I am describing? Please share recipe or write exact measurements as I really want to make it!
Thank you.
Just loveeee khausey.
Where are Chinese (food) lover ?? 😉😁
