Pakistan teams T20I record in 2024 is a total shocker. Only 7 wins out of 22 (not including yesterday’s win against Zimbabwe) and even out of that 7 wins, 3 was against Ireland and 1 was against Canada. So only 3 wins against the big teams. A lot of work is needed to be even competitive against the big teams.

Just stumbled across them in a restaurant. Azhar was super chill. Babar obliged to take a picture. Good day.
So most of y'all have probably noticed me getting downvoted to hell criticizing Babar and Abdullah. Heck me (and many others I've seen) get downvoted even criticizing India. Weird thing is that I say the same thing in a comment section, criticize a certain player or say something bad about India and I get upvoted (presumably because the PR mob or Indians haven't gotten to see it yet) but as soon as I make a post about it, there's literally dozens of people aggressively downvoting and getting mad in the comments. I don't care about losing karma or whatever but for a sub that is supposed to be talking about Pakistan cricket's best interest and discussing what's good for it, it's weirdly filled by a lot of people doing otherwise.
I can digest him as VC in odis but in T20is??? Hell no..
A real tullar player. I don't care what anyone says, and believe me I have wanted to believe for a long time that this guy is a good player. But he just isn't, he is literally playing at 130 SR against Zimbabwe! But even worse than the SR is actually the way he plays, he racks up dot balls, bowlers just have to ball to him in the V and he cannot get them away.
The ball doesn't seem to hit the middle of his bat at all. I am sorry but this guy is not international material by any standards. He needs to be dropped ASAP.
I see some people try and justify his technique by saying "well technique isn't everything", this has to be one of the dumbest takes of all time, in batting especially technique basically is everything. Yes there are players who can be exceptions to the rule but in general if you want to be a good batsman you cannot do that without some semblance of technique.
And this guy doesn't have any technique, his bat swing is too short, not suited to playing short balls, his head falls over when he drives, he basically cannot even drive the ball, and his balance is not on his front leg when he blocks the ball. These are fundamental and major flaws that an international batsman should NOT be having.
Anyone who advocates for his place in the team doesn't understand cricket or probably has never played cricket at a professional level. It's a miracle that Usman Khan actually made it to international level with his batting calibre. Really a job well done to PCB for making absolutely road like pitches where even players like that can rack up hundreds.
Salman agha has batted 4 times in t20i, here are his scores
4(2) vs aus 0(1) vs aus 1(9) vs aus 13(19) vs zim
If this 🤡 ever plays another t20i , Pakistan should be banned from this format

I really believe after 2003 World Cup the quality of cricket has gone down with tear away fast bowlers diminishing and slogging over stroke play mindset become predominant
