SO the two points below have been bothering me a lot recently and I wanted some honest feedback

1. I was wondering how do people in multan find their soulmates? I know about rishta aunties but i feel they dont know who they are showing , i mean they dont know the guy or girl personally so they are just like random selection based on a picture and some bio data ( which could also be false at times)

So if someone is not into dating and does not find anyone in their circle as a good match for marriage in terms of mental compatibilty toh how do people find someone in general here while keeping things halal?

Also looking at the current situation, most of the men and even some women are into a lot of instgram fashion models and there is a lot of hitting and flirting going on online which is kind of emotional cheating with your life partner. Even offline, I would often find married men staring at other women at shopping malls and restaurants while they are hanging out with their beautiful kids and wife. So during the last 20 days I got sick third time . Actually the first time I got sick was so intense with high fever that I couldn't able to get up from bed , then after a week rest I got better within two days again I think the virus recoved itself or what I again had fever and then I decided to take anti- biotics for 2 days I got much better but then again last night I got sick . I have ear problems, my ears feel uncomfortable and sometimes painful, I've gone to over 4 doctors and just about gave up, each of them just Gave me medicine for the cold, not listening to me when I tell them it wouldn't work, it's now been 6 months, I've been very uncomfortable and barely go out of the house because it gets more uncomfortable the more tired I am, I had given up and just accepted It but it's becoming too much for me, is there a doctor here that'll actually fucking listen instead of thinking they know everything?

NayaTel is unavailable. PTCL Flash Fiber is unavailable. Stormfiber is outsourced to cheap local cable networks. PTCL Broadband has too many users so the shared bandwidth ruins the speed.
