I am a 27 f who’s been trying to get pregnant for over a year. I went to my obgyn because I had surgery last year to remove a fallopian tube and ovary because of a cyst that grew out of control. I still have my right ovary and fallopian tube my grandmom was able to conceive twins on one side so I know there’s hope. My doctor prescribed metformin to try to balance out my levels I’m not diabetic and everything else is ok it’s just the levels they check for pcos are slightly elevated. I got diagnosed with pcos when I was 16. I only been pregnant one other time by a ex and it ended in miscarriage at about 5-6 weeks. My obgyn confirmed I did ovulate the last appointment I was at she did a transvaginal ultrasound so I know I am ovulating every month. I took an ovulation test last night and this is what it looked like. I’m pretty sure this is a strong positive and me and my hubby had sex yesterday so I’m just looking for advice on why I can’t get pregnant. It’s a struggle every month because I just hope one day I will become pregnant. If anyone has advice on how I can get pregnant that would great. It’s just disappointing every month to see negative on the tests
I notice I usually have a good couple days of “high” before I start to drop. I currently have no symptoms of ovulating though
Which BBT thermometer should I go for? I prefer ones that I don’t have to long the data manually
I know I started tracking late this cycle but is this abnormally low? Is it possible I missed my peak completely? My cycle is usually 28-33 days, very occasionally it has been shorter. Sorry if this is a silly question but I have health anxiety and I’m panicking 😔 My partner and I have been TTC casually for about 6 months
I’ve been starting to track this cycle.
hello this is my first post. this is also my first time taking an ovulation test. i have pcos but also have a regular period every month. on the period app it says im supposed to be ovulating which i have cramps but idk if this test means im negative or is it im testing to early? cause someone pls explain.

My journey as a TTC beginner will start here and I need your advice. Which are some of the ways that I can find out if I am on the right track to concieve. I have read about several options like Inito and Mira but I am undecided on which one to use. Any other TTC members who can elaborate further for me to understand about the journey. TIA!
As a beginner who wants to partake on the TTC journey, I have been curious about how I can identify the best models that will help me concieve. As a person who gets irregular periods and is uncertain on the best TTC models, I have researched and found information about Inito who have amazing offers on their ovulation fertility tracker. Any recommendations are welcomed as I maneuver through this journey.
Hi everyone! I’m 26 and just started TTC with my partner. I feel totally lost, What’s the best way to track ovulation? Is BBT worth it, or should I just use OPKs? Any tips for a complete beginner would be amazing!
Came across this article today saying the best fertility products on sale for Black Friday are proov (pdg and preg tests), kegg (cervical mucus tracker), needed (prenatals) and mosie baby (at home insemination kit). Does anyone have insights on any of the products here?? Have you used any before / what are your thoughts? TIA!
I have a question about IUD's and if anyone has had the same issue as me. So I had the Mirena IUD for 4 years and then the copper IUD for 1.5 years. I had the copper IUD removed while I was having surgery to remove a vaginal septum (other than that the top of my uterus is thicker than average and I have two cervices). But is it possible that the IUD's would take a year for your body to go back to normal and you can conceive? I have heard before that even the IUD can make it hard to conceive up to a year after removal just from other people in our same boat. My spouse has low sperm count too but it's not 0 by any means so I'm just under the belief that we both have issues. I also have cysts on my ovaries but the doctor has said I don't have PCOS. I don't have the other symptoms of PCOS. We are both on prenatals basically and i have tried clomid 3x now. This cycle is my 3rd one, and just found out i have a UTI ugh... Idk, just looking to share my experience and kinda see if anyone has similar experiences where something worked for them, that we haven't tried yet.
14 months TTC with 2 miscarriages to show for it.
First cycle on letrozole and I don’t know what to expect. Normally wouldn’t ovulate until CD20 at the earliest!
Wondering if this is a false surge and my body will try again in a few days or if I missed the surge altogether.
No EGCM. No temp shift, my temp went down today which it sometimes does the day before ovulation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. So lost and confused
