Update on the chamber adapter platform.

It's been 44mag tested. Safe but god it kicks.

Professor Parabellum 22lr metal sheet pistol Mk. III ?

What does it take for me to convert the metal sheet pistol Mk project. III from Professor Parabellum for caliber 22lr? Maybe change the dimensions? It seems like a stupid idea, but in my country it's not easy to get pistol ammunition.

6mm ARC to 357 mag

I am a fan of bolt action rifles and 357 magnum, but I was wondering if it would be possible to rechamber a bolt action 6mm ARC to 357 mag. I looked online and the rim diameter and thickness are identical between the two and using a custom magazine and barrel could you convert a bolt action 6mm ARC to 357? Obviously the custom magazine would be slightly tricky but I figured because 357 is a lower pressure round that the 6mm ARC as a base for this would work. I was planning on using a chaszel barrel liner to remake the barrel and use CAD to make a magazine that would be 3d printed. I was wondering what others thought about this and if it would even be worth the effort to try to get it to work

Also I know that the Ruger 77/357 exists but I haven't been able to find somewhere that sells it.

Best derringer .22 blueprints?

I’m looking for some blue prints for a beginner to build my first derringer .22. I’d also like to some a .410 sometime later.

Bought a barrel for ak74. The gas port is drilled off centerline. How big is the gas port in the block? Can it cover an out of centerline hole and grab the gas? Can I fix it?

Regards to fixing, could I drill the hole in the right spot, and then cap the elongated final hole with a slight oversize cut down into the out of alignment hole part, then cap it with some hard steel so that when the gas block is installed, the gas block itself behaves like a sleeve that holds this tiny steel cap in place, and gas will flow correctly out of the new hole?

Alternatively, is the gas block's hole very big? Does it need perfect alignment with the drilled barrel hole or is it nearer to the size of the piston, so it could grab an off center hole's cut?

It feels like this drill mistake is probably one of those things responsible for old AK builds from companies that had canted gas ports or front sights with the combo gas/sight block.

Stingray Machine Pistol imperial tubing size

Starting to collect materials for a semi auto Stingray build, but I cannot for the life of me find 1 3/16 or 30mm tubing in mild steel at an affordable price. Can I just use 1 1/4 with a thicker wall size? Really with professor parabellum included imperial sizes with all his designs.

my first toy

Hello, good to everyone! I am new to the group and to the world of making homemade weapons for recreational use. I still don't have a workshop where I can work on it, but I want to start receiving instructions and, if possible, some type of manual or guide.

My idea is to make a 22 caliber or smaller gun (I don't know if it exists) to go to the field with my colleagues and drink some dizzying soft drinks and see who can hit the containers best. Where I live, gun ownership is illegal (Europe) but my life is boring enough, I need some strong excitement that only shooting a gun with friends and listening to good music can give me.

At first I thought about buying the GG Switch Gun that is sold on Aliexpress (through a post related to that I found out about that group), but before making any purchase I want to be sure if it is profitable to modify this TOY gun, or make one by hand...

I want to know what type of ammunition to use as well, something that is easy to get (I have no idea if authorization is needed to buy ammunition), in short, many things that I need answers to at the moment.

I will be attentive to all your comments and I appreciate the help, I hope to return at some point with a new post presenting the first progress.

Greetings and thank you!

does a modern (post 1899) volcanic pistol count as an antique firearms?

I feel that it would count as an antique firearm because the ammo is no longer manufactured.

What do you use for reciprocating parts?

I want to make a receiver and my first thought was that box tubing would be easy to work with but the smaller tubing has too much slop to work. It needs to move freely but still be directed by the larger pipe

What kind of homemade firearm is this local Burmese anti-junta militiaman slinging? Looks like a Luty-style SMG, but I am not sure.
