Printed out 1 Glock 19 that turned into a new Rabbit Hole! Lol First time printing this MP22.. Too bad I ran out of Blk PLA+.. I think it came out beautifully. Waiting on internals and more Blk.

So, say I had a .22 air rifle and around 2/3rds of the way down the barrel, I cut out a section and drill the top third of the barrel out a little. This section would have to be big enough to be able to load a .22sr into it. After that, I load a pellet regularly and shoot it.

Would the pellet fire the live round well? What could go wrong? Is the barrel even strong enough to fire live rounds without getting badly damaged?

when i search it i cant find blueprints is there a site for it?

This is a fairly unique thing, I've only seen a few others do a similar project.

I bought a Henry AR-7 22 rifle last year. It's... aight, I guess, but so bulky that it's not worth the $300 I paid. I've been slowly converting it to a much smaller package.

I started by scrounging up some STLs for an AR grip conversion and rear-facing pic rail. Got that printed up in nylon (Craftcloud is great), had to fuck about with a dremel to get it to fit right but now I have an AR grip mounted to the receiver pretty securely.

Now, the fun part: I want to put a stock on this thing for obvious reasons, and I want said stock to either fold or collapse. I'm not picky as to which - it'd be hard to make the gun less comfortable than factory - but I'm also sure as shit not shelling out $200 for a folding pic-mounted stock.

Long story short: how should I go about making a stock for this damn thing? I can weld (mild steel at least), I'm a blacksmith-leatherworker-woodworker with the associated skills, I'm a fair hand at making things. I'm just not sure where to start with this stock.

I'm happy to take any advice that you lot can give. Not at home atm or I'd post pics, but look at the Haga Defense AR7 adapter - more or less what I got going, just cheaper.

Ture example of this is United kingdom. Country which disarmed its citizens ,legal ones, there's still people hiding spare shotgun under floorboards(as they should), and now there's illegal migrants going around with machetes raping and Robbing people on the streets. I wonder why that doesn't happend in Texas 🤔. And it's true if you wanna know if a country is advanced just look at its gun laws. Switzerland for example has the best salary in all Europe yet they have a lot of guns and people aren't going around killing each other This is why homemade guns are important, and why everyone should have one well made gun that can be passed on to generations, you never know what diabolical things can happen around you

Alright, hear me out.

I was messing around with a tiny shock absorber I got off ebay when I had a thought, would it be possible to use a shock absorber as a delay mechanism in a gun?

My thinking is as follows, the shock absorber will absorb the initial spike in pressure until the chamber pressure decreases, so when the round is fired the shock absorber will barely move, but once pressure starts decreasing it'll be able to accelerate and cycle the guns action.

Obviously this isn't something I'd ever attempt with high pressure cartridges, but for something like 9mm or 12 gauge maybe it would work?

Anyone know if I could hypothetically fire anything from these nail gun blanks?

Anyone has a Retay PT24

Does anyone know how to remove the white lettering that comes on blank guns? Like 9mm PAK and such. The P99 text on both sides of my P99 slide are fading away a bit so im sure its possible. Alcohol and acetone did not work tho.

Does anyone own a Retay, Stalker, or Zoraki and can give me barrel dimensions for a CAD File
