Hey y’all. I got my order in from brownells and McMaster carr. It’s a good day to know how to read.

The following is that of a retard. My general goal has been to produce something that makes sense, has a hunting and sporting purpose, and is so wacky that no sane person would willingly shoot it. But I am not sane. I had a machine shop make me a trunnion, adjustable end cap, bolt and picatinny rail for this build. All barrels will intersect at exactly 100yds and is adjustable out to 150. It’s going to be the ultimate turkey/ rodent gun.

The cyberpunk volley rifle. 6 barrels of pure 5.7 copper solids. the ejector sits in the middle of the trunnion and allows me to pop all six out by pressing a button. The bolt is simply a six pin whisk looking thingy and the trigger is ripped off an r700. So yes, sometimes if you take it off safety, it could fire, technically. The six barrels are fixed inside the trunnion and spaced 5mm apart. The end cap is adjustable by way of machine screws and the way it is sighted is by shooting one barrel at a time until all barrels hit the same point of aim. Once that it done, you have a hitscan meme gun. Still need to press fit the barrels, and mill the receiver but it’s a work in progress. SUMMER RUST 2025 motherfuckers!!

Did I mention that it’s a break action? Yeahhhhhh…

Would anyone in in this space have a semi pps43?

Im looking for designs or some really good pics with the option to measure a semi trigger set for the pps43, 190 bucks if I can't but I'd like to try building my own if I could get some specs.

I present to you the PF14: The poor man’s Tac14

Hello all, I wanted to present to you the Frankengun I’ve put together for less than $350. I’m a budget minded builder who wants the cool shit on the cheap.

Chassis: The PF14. RIA is know for their turkshit shotguns. Because this isn’t a sporting shotgun and import laws, this thing is actually made in the USofA. Does that make it any better? Probably not. But it’s kinda hard to F up a pump shotgun. Somewhat of an 870 clone/lookalike (more on that later) the only glaring differences are the odd shaped trigger guard and the triangular crossbolt safety.

Adapter: I racked my brain trying to find the best 870 adapter. I almost went with MESA, but I think their angle leads to a higher European style of stock vs the lower American style. I ended up with the TACSTAR adapter, which I did have to modify. The PF14 has a solid machined rear end where the stock/grip should go, unlike the hollow 870. I used my Bridgeport to mill down the lip that would fit into the receiver, but this could be done with a grinder/file. The angle of the stock bolt also changes, so I had to oversized the hole and add a washer. You could do this with a drill and Vice. The unfortunate part is the outside lines don’t match up cleanly, but it’s not enough to really catch the eye. I was somewhat worried about the Adapter twisting around without that lip, but it snugly indexed on the trigger guard. For TACSTAR, this thing is pretty solid and I wouldn’t think twice about putting one on an 870 if I had one.

Grip: The Adapter won’t allow for my beavertailed Magpuls, so I put an old A2 grip on at first. The 25° angle just felt off, and I wanted something softer, so I went with the Strike-15.

Stock: Not much to say here, it’s a magpul BTR. Looking to upgrade to something more rubbery and comfy like an SBA, 00 Buck don’t feel good with this, but I could still definitely shoot it if the need arrises.

Future upgrades: The receiver is drilled and has a weaver rail, I plan to put a Swampfox or Holosun reticle on at some point. I’d also like to upgrade the foregrip, but I need to do more research to see if it will accept the 870 action bars.

Notes: the unused buffer tube can fit three 2¾ 12 ga shells, or a short cleaning kit/snake.

Cutting 33rd Glock Mag springs for 19 Round Glock Mag springs

Hello, I have some Glock 17 mags with the OEM baseplate and insert. However they can jam sometimes on the last few rounds. Would cutting down an unused 33rd glock mag spring to 11 coils present any issues?

Is this a good sub to ask about building a cannon?

Im not sure if this is the right sub to ask this, I'm sorry if its not, but does anyone know how well gasoline/propane vapors would be as propellant for a small cannon??

Edit: No black powder
