I currently drive a Box Truck and have my DOT license, but I simply can’t afford to pay for CDL school to further my career.

I noticed this green stuff underneath the water and asked someone who fishes alot if they knew what it was. He told me the park tried cutting it back months ago but it made it worse and he will no longer take his boat out on the water cause it's actually growing all over the lake. And there was trash all over the place in some areas. One spot there was empty bowls and lids from bait, bobbers and hooks laying everywhere. Hey everyone, last week I was involved in a collision that insurance deemed totaled my vehicle; a beat up fender and bumper seem to be the worst of it. They are offering me $6K to total it out, or $5K to retain it and repair it. I owe about $2K on the vehicle. If I decided to keep it, how does this process work? Does insurance pay off the remaining loan out of the $5K they are offering me? How does titling work? Do I have to obtain a salvage title first, have it repaired, and then apply for a rebuilt title? Does the vehicle have to be paid off to begin the titling process? It seems keeping it would be a very long and aggravating process concerning the paperwork, but I’ve spent a lot of money on this vehicle and I would hate to toss it away because of cosmetic damage. I’m planning on having a body shop inspect it to verify there’s no structural damage, and if there is I’ll just total it out, but I’d very much like to keep it if at all possible. Hello! I am writing this as a question for my boyfriend and not for me.

Recently, after pulling teeth, my boyfriend was finally able to get his intermediate license renewed (it was expired). When he received the new one, it only said “Instruction Permit” with no sticker at the bottom? Is it still considered an intermediate license or did they give him a learner’s permit?

I got my full license when I was legally able to, so I never had to reinstate my old one. I am unsure if it is supposed to be this way when you’re over 18/reinstate it in general, and the department of transportation in Frankfort (where he had to go to get it reinstated) was no help to us when we called a few days ago.
