It’s nowhere near authentic, but it really scratched the itch.
I love pepperoni rolls as much as anyone, but after being gone almost 8 years this is the garbage I really miss.
If only I had some Snyders BBQ chips to go with it.

A murder suspect goes on speaking during his interrogation by NIS and states that "Mothman" caused him to panic and run over the victim in his car.
Went on to describe how a mothman sighting would result in death.
NIS Agents watching the camera feed where subsequently laughing and joking about his drug usage.
Hello All,
I live in Columbus but inherited some land that belonged to my dad, over in Clay County. It's about 450 acres or so.
We were going to subdivide it next year, but in the meantime would be interested in leasing it to hunters. It would help pay for the survey (I'm learning as I go, but a survey of that much land is proving to be surprisingly expensive).
Problem: I'm not a hunter and don't know much at all about it. I do have a relative, who consequently is interested in hunting the property himself and might be going out there soon.
Where might I best be going in order to lease it out for now?
There's no chance I can do anything (other than maybe a survey team visiting the property) for at least a few months.
Thanks!
I'd love a group to get together with for helping cause change during these difficult times.
Hey all—I’m in the Fayetteville area and am seeking a big roof repair, fascia repair, and gutter work. Having never done this and not knowing much about roofing, it’s difficult to decide who to go with. So far I’ve spoken with Casto, Fahey, Truline, and Elite. Can anyone share experiences with these roofers or recommend another great roofer?
Much thanks!
Hi I was curious on if anyone had recommendations on places to travel in West Virginia. I would be traveling with a toddler and my husband. We would drive up and it would be in February/March. Anything will be helpful; things to do, please to eat, and see and do in winter month! :) thank you.
I went to exchange my Arizona Real ID for a West Virginia Real ID. However, after the process, they took my old ID and didn’t give it back; they only provided me with a printed copy. In Arizona, you keep your old ID, and the temporary ID usually has a barcode for verification. Unfortunately, the printed copy I received doesn’t have that barcode. I've already encountered problems using it, such as being denied cough medicine because Walmart wouldn't accept it. I mean is this normal? How am I supposed to use this if it keeps getting denied?
Edit for additional context :
For those who mentioned that it usually takes about a week, I want to clarify that it has already been two weeks. I'm attributing the delay to slow mail services due to the election and holiday season. Additionally, I'm 25 years old, so it's not a matter of a 20- or 21-year-old ID. I previously lived in West Virginia before moving to Arizona, and now I'm returning to WV.
Yeah idk what I was thinking haha (yankie here / not much of a liberal)
I’m on my way back home, to Nova :)
I would love to visit West VA one day, though, if y’all so choose to invite me! I would make a point to not over stay my welcome, but to stay in contact :)
I love the Virginian country side, I think it is beautiful. I imagine that it’s beautiful too there as well.
Have a good day everyone :)
Fire smoke visible (and smellable) from the turnpike between Beckley and Charleston. I feel for the people living in this area because it was so thick I could smell it. Smells like an old wood stove and looks like fog.
Hiii sweet fellow West Virginians!! Looking to plan a short trip for my boyfriend birthday in a few weeks ! Live in Morgantown and thinking of going to Blackwaterfalls! Been there before and love it! Here’s my dream and I hope I can have some help to make it happen! 1.Stay a cute and cozy bed and breakfast or hotel or lodge / cabin! Would love a hot tub or nice shower ( not a huge fan of Airbnbs) 2. Would love to do an excursion on Sunday that weekend preferably rent and ride atvs or go horseback riding! 3. Would love a nice dinner & breakfast somewhere!
Any recommendations on where to stay? Restaurants to try? What to do?
Definitely will be hiking around Blackwater Stae Park , wouldn’t miss that!
Thank you all in advance! Love this subreddit and I love West Virginia!
This is definitely a long shot, but does anyone have a copy of, or know where I can find this commercial? There's a jingle in it that says, "half price, half price, half price, half price, half price shoes"
I've searched everywhere online and have found nothing other than another post on reddit about it. Which has since been shut down.
It's a commercial, that I believe came out in the 80s, and was voiced by Clint McElroy for the Foard-Harwood shoe store that was in Huntington and Charleston, WV.
Any leads on this would be great, as I've been wracking my brain trying to find it.
Raised here. Returned after 30 yrs to care for elderly parents, so being here isn't exactly by choice. Deeply, deeply ashamed of being lumped with the rest of this state. All I can do is wait.
Visting Charleston from Ohio for the first time ever. Planned on making a lil trip over the capitol building and seeing it fromt he outside. I saw online that I can book a tour, so my question is is it worth it and if u have done it about how long is it?
I ended up going with Glofiber. Only provider available in the area.
Thank you to everyone who provided info & help.
I want to possibly move to West Virginia in the future, but want to visit it first, i am an avid history lover, so I'm torn between Charleston or Harper's Ferry, which one would be better to visit?
I keep hearing talk about burning and a burning ban but where are the fires and burning coming from? I haven't seen anything about it hardly in the news except maybe one article that didn't even mention the Charleston area. Purpleair.com is showing some concerning data.
Don't mean to make any conversation other than if you checked or not and if it shows that it counted. I'm confused with the results of my ballot. The status and whether or not it was counted is blank/missing and the date is on the 5th but I voted earlier than that. Or am I reading it wrong? I am emailing an election specialist to double check. Thanks y'all!
Edit: I got a response. They will not know if votes counted until after canvassing starts on the 12th up to maybe the 21st...
Hey everyone! I recently visited West Virginia, and I have to say, it surprised me in so many ways. Unlike other places in the U.S. that feel super polished and "cookie-cutter," West Virginia felt more authentic, like real people live there. The streets and houses weren’t perfect, and it made the whole place feel way more alive.
One downside, though, was seeing a lot of homelessness and people struggling with addiction on the streets. When I looked up more about the area, I found out that West Virginia was a booming coal mining state in the past, and at one point, places like Bramwell were even home to some of the wealthiest people around.
I came across videos of old, beautiful mansions in Bramwell, and they look incredible—like something out of history. There's one popular mansion they do tours of, but I’m curious about the others. Who owns them now? How expensive are they? And what happened to the original owners, the ones who built these places nearly a century ago? Were their families able to hold onto these homes, or did they move on or fall on hard times?
It seems like Bramwell has some pretty decent spots to live, but I wonder if the crime and drug issues are a big drawback for people living there today. Do any of you know what happened to the families of the original coal barons or who lives in those historic homes now?
What if 50 million americas all stopped paying federal income taxes for the next 4 years?
