I’m from bowling green and I play music with people from Lexington. I’m looking for a place to rent between E Town and Bardstown where we can meet in the middle and practice together. I would prefer this be somewhere semi remote where noise wouldn’t be an issue obviously. We’re all in our 30s, no parties or anything. Just wanting to get together for 4-8 hours once a month to play together in person.

Visiting Dec 7-8 and curious which distilleries can you walk in for a tasting only and which you have to reserve a tour?

I'm going to be with 14-15 ppl so was hoping to avoid having to do a ton of reservations, maybe 1 tour a day but would love to be able to visit a few just for a quick tasting.

If so, researchers at the University of Kentucky are inviting you to participate in a treatment study on borderline personality disorder. Eligible participants will be provided cognitive behavioral therapy at no cost. In addition to attending therapy sessions, research participation will involve completing a diagnostic interview to confirm eligibility, attending 3 follow up interviews, and completing online questionnaires. All study visits may take place in-person or via Telehealth. Participants will be compensated for the completion of follow-up assessments.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Meet criteria for borderline personality disorder following a study assessment
• Are NOT using certain substances (e.g., opioids, methamphetamine)
• Are 18 years or older
• Live in Kentucky (visits are Telehealth, so anywhere in KY is fine)

My whisky club is coming to your area July 25 - 28. Obviously we are doing some tours of the big distilleries. Would you mind helping me to:

1. Find things to do to fill in gaps in the schedule (cooperage tour, really cool shopping area, tour some sort of manufacturing plant, etc)

2. Restaurant suggestions. I am especially looking for a good dinner place on Friday. We are 6 people aged 40 - 60. Obviously a whisky focus is cool, but what do you suggest that is just overall great or that shows Bardstown in an especially good light?

3. Do you have an especially small distillery that I have not been able to find via google? Maybe one run buy just some individual that enjoys the craft but can't compete with the big dogs. I am amazed by the size of all of the distilleries in your area and would like to see small, medium, and large varieties.

4. Anything really cool that I am simply not informed enough to ask about?
