Hi everyone! I just moved back home after college and I know there's always new restaurants popping up around here.
I'm looking for a really good brunch place. In high school, my go-to with my friends was Wild Eggs for sure, but also Spencer's. Recently I've been liking Cafe Kindness and the Q Coffee Emporium on Scottsville Rd, but I'm sure I'm missing out on other ones. I'd love to know where people like going, especially on the weekends, breakfast or brunch.
Thanks in advance!
Any advice for first date ideas/place? Don’t know where to really go and do. no drinking just fyi.
Did anyone else get a Vivint security system back in July by a salesman named David Enrico? He promised my family that we would get 200$ each for all 3 of our ring cameras. Now every time i speak to customer service they tell me that offer doesn’t exist and they can only cover for 1 door bell camera and they will “investigate” the issue 😑 which is annoying, because we went from paying $60 a year for ring and now paying $120 a month for a security system thats employees cons. I hope no one else was lied to, I luckily got everything in writing from the salesman and hopefully I can get everything cancelled and not get stuck with $4000 on my credit history.
I’ve been in disbelief and grief over the couple found deceased in their home with foul play to blame. I knew this man and woman and am just in utter shock.
The human part of me that is attempting to wrap my mind around this is trying to figure out what happened and who might have done such a thing . If anyone is aware of any details regarding this, would you be comfortable sharing them with me? Feel free to message privately, if you’d prefer. I’m just in disbelief and don’t underhand how this could have happened. Thank you for your help.
Hi everyone. I've seen a few posts about wanting to do some TTRPG. I've been wanting to get back into it again. I started a discord server so we can get some ideas going. I'm available most weekends and after 4 most days (M-F). Let's chat and see if we can get a group going.
Hi, I just recently moved to Bowling Green for a bit and am on the lookout for a coin operated arcade nearby. I've tried southern lanes but I'm looking for more classic arcade games and/or pinball machines. If anyone knows where I can find a few pinball games that'd be great. Thank you!
Gotta love October 🎃. Another fun event for horror fans.
Double Feature: Halloween Halloween 2
Plus, if it’s your thing, White Squirrel Brewery beverages will be available.

I want to make you aware of an opportunity for men. We have a men’s group called F3 that meets outdoors multiple times a week early in the morning outdoors to workout and fellowship. Workouts are challenging but adaptable, so you don’t need to be at a minimum fitness level to attend. Right now, we meet four times a week, and you are welcome to come to any and how many of them you wish. Locations and times are:
All workouts are completely free, and no equipment is required. There’s no catch - it’s just a group of guys meeting early before the day’s demands begin to try to get better together. No sign up, just show up.
Every year or once in a while I set aside some time to do some free legal work. I practice law in BG. I mainly do personally injury and immigration but have handled many different issues as well. Either comment your question or DM me. I will take time to answer your question or if not direct you to the right place.
Hi my name is Brian, (Poke Trainer Brian)
I've been hiding cards all over Bowling Green for Free Adventure and Kindness! Feel free to AMA other than where the 1999 Pokemon Booster Pack is Hidden (it's still out there), although I am giving out one Friday on my Live Stream and will rip a VMax Climax pack and giveaway any hits from it Friday 8PM CST on Facebook.
Anyway, with the explanation out of the way! What are the best spots you can think of to hide a Pokemon card in Bowling Green? (usually, they are pretty valuable; latest one I think, is at least a few hundred dollars )
Thanks! Happy Adventuring and Good Luck, Stay Radiant <3.
Poke Trainer Brian
Looking for new friends to hike and camp with.
Can anybody in Bowling Green or the surrounding area help me and my girlfriend find a locally owned apartment that is less than $850 and at least one bed one bath? I can't find anything good in the sea of large corporations owning everything in BG and not having the best credit. Any help is appreciated and it is urgent for us.
Hey yall! My name is Max and I just put out my first song as a solo electronic artist here in BG. Hope yall enjoy!
What if someone lost an original 1999 booster pack of Pokemon cards in Bowling Green KY?
Hint 1: So we adventure on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
HINT 2: NOW 399 AND ONCE UPON A 99.
Hint 3: Mirror
Hint 4: Giraffarig was hungry, leaf it to me to make this difficult, but, he left a hint... Nature’s first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf’s a flower; But only so a day. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So Toys sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay.
Bonus HINT 4.1 GOLD Substitution used on DAY Substitution used on TOYs
Small Bonus hint: "Toys sank to grief" I wrote this line knowing that when Big Lots was ruled out it would be disappointing to many.
Anyone in BG have a switch and wanna trade or sell games?
I’m a big horror nerd. There are some events coming up that sound pretty cool.
Nightmare on Elm Street 4 screening and Q&A https://warrenpl.hometownticketing.com/embed/event/250?es=fi2803edt2r93d2oaaav19dbeo&single=1
Haunting of Hill House (live stage adaptation)(multiple dates) https://warrenpl.hometownticketing.com/embed/event/264?es=fi2803edt2r93d2oaaav19dbeo&single=1
Rocky Horror Picture Show https://warrenpl.hometownticketing.com/embed/event/259?es=fi2803edt2r93d2oaaav19dbeo&single=1
If anyone wants someone to go with them, I’m available. Trying to make some friends around here.
Anyone know of any horror watch parties or anything?
27 F - Where are the nerds gathering to make friends? I've lived in BG for majority of my life and I'm still not sure where to go to meet and mingle with like-minded people. I'm a mum and spend most of my free time playing video games or reading. Would love to make some new friends!
26 m here for a few months for work. I would like to socialize and meet people but idk where to start especially going out alone. I’m a bit socially awkward at first. I play guitar and drums so always down to jam to break the ice. I don’t drink any alcohol but I don’t mind anyone who does responsibly. I also wouldn’t mind doing a hike or something outdoors
I left customer service (hotel specifically) 4 months ago because every hotel I could get a job at was either going under or completely changed hands within a month, not to mention being berated on a daily basis for things entirely out of one's control isn't good for mental health.
I have since applied to 427 jobs, interviewed for 2 where I was told I'd recieve a response within 48 hours and was entirely ghosted and had about 5 tell me they would contact me when there were interviews available.
Why are places accepting interviews if they have a wait list 200 people long? Why are there so many ghost positions that companies blatantly leave up to keep the appearance of growth?
I've started a small nursery that makes maybe 100$/mo and that has been my only source of income for the last few months. I can't do much factory or warehouse work because I have a joint condition but not even Walmart will respond.
Update: I got a job at WKU under the master gardener!
Have a Japanes student who wants a perm and color but is concerned with hair being fried. American products usually ruin their hair since it is not the same texture. Is there a spot in town or within an hour that uses products specifically for Asian textures.
Does anyone know why sherrifs were posted up for a bit and pulled over a bus? They ended up in the Meijer parking lot. Saw it go down just very nosy lol
