Can anyone shed some lights on season tickets? I'm interested in getting a pair for 2025 but can't make any sense of a total cost, or where the seats will end up (is it just Supporters Section or Stadium Seating)? All I see is the $50 deposit with no specifics beyond that. What was the cost of this years ST? Are they actually worth it over individual games?
Any help is appreciated!
Does anyone know of anywhere that is having a watch party for the playoff game?
Hey I'm new to the city, looking for some good pubs/bars to watch games. any suggestions?
Hi everyone! Im new to the city. Going to my first RiverHounds game next Sat! The last game of the season🫡. Hoping to meet people, any recommendations?
Riverhounds get the TV. Playoffs on the line.
I have 2 tickets for tonight’s game if anyone is interested. Free to whoever messages first! Supporters section!
A North Carolina loss could be huge for us… any of y’all plan on tuning in tn? Gonna try and balance it with the Pens opener tn
Anyone watching the Loudoun/Indy game? With Loudoun being just ahead of us in the last playoff spot, it would be nice to see them lose. After this match we will be even with them for matches played.
Riverhounds (8-10-12) vs. Miami FC (3-26-2)
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Pitbull Stadium, Miami, Fla.
This weekend the Hounds take on the supporter shield winning, Messi-lead, pink clad, Inter Miami FC! Wait . . . what's that? Oh we're playing the other Miami team? Thank god!
Pittsburgh currently finds itself two points shy of the playoff line and will need to earn as many points as possible to get a chance at playing in November. Miami FC has struggled mightily this year only mustering 3 wins: half as many as the next closest competitor.
In their match-up earlier this year, the Riverhounds took care of business at Highmark winning 1-0. The pressure is on the Hounds to get a similar result if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive. Let's hope they bring their A-game. LET'S GO HOUNDS!!!
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (8-10-11) vs. Birmingham Legion FC (12-12-5)
Date: Saturday, Sept. 28
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Highmark Stadium
Pittsburgh soccer is back baby! After a weekend off, the hounds return to Highmark Stadium in quite the precarious place in the standings. Several playoff contenders in the East were able to win games causing Pittsburgh to plummet all the way down to 11th place. However, all hope is not lost seeing as only 2 points separate the Hounds from the last playoff spot. With only 5 games left in the season, can the Riverhounds prove that they deserve a spot? If you haven't already, get yourself a ticket, some $1 beers, and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Night while you cheer the Hounds on to victory!
My friend and I bought supporter section tickets for a game and the seat location is listed as Supp1 and Supp3. Just wondering if the section is broken up into subsections or will we be able to still sit/stand together?
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (7-9-11) vs. Rhode Island FC (8-5-13)
Date: Saturday, Sept. 7
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Highmark Stadium
Tonight the Hounds take on a fellow east conference side, Rhode Island. This match marks the return of Albert Dikwa to Highmark stadium. His strong play during the Riverhounds' 2023 season earned him 20 goals, a golden boot award, and a multi-year contract with RIFC. He has not been quite as prolific with Rhode Island, but their last 13 games finds them with only 1 loss and at the number 5 spot in the east.
Not to be outmatched, Pittsburgh has gone unbeaten in their last 9 matches. They currently find themselves on the outside of the playoffs looking in, but a win tonight could propel the Hounds past Loudoun United after they fell to Louisville last night. RIFC, and the Riverhounds are the two teams with the most draws in the league, so it feels like that might be the most likely result.
The boys in black and gold recently got Bertin Jacquesson on loan from MLS side, Real Salt Lake. The forward is no stranger to the city, as he played 2 seasons at the University of Pittsburgh. Can he provide a spark to the inconsistent offense? Find out tonight!
UP THE HOUNDS!
I've been in Pittsburgh for three weeks and I love soccer, so I'm going to a game on the 7th.
I was wondering if it's okay to sit in the suppoerter section and if there are any issues with that since I'm asian. I'm hoping to get acquainted with a lot of riverhounds fans.
Thank you
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (7-9-10) vs. Indy Eleven (10-9-5) Date: Saturday, Aug. 31 Time: 7 p.m. Location: Michael A. Carroll Stadium, Indianapolis, Ind.
The Hounds have an away day this week! A strong run of play sees Pittsburgh earning 16 points and going unbeaten in their last 8 matches. Indy has not had the same luck as of late, most recently falling to MLS side, Sporting KC. Do you think the hounds will be able to put any in the back of the net? Will we be able to shore up the questionable defense from last week, or will we need another strong goalkeeping performance to keep us in the game? Only 3 points out from a playoff spot, can the hounds get it done?
Tune in tonight to find out! UP THE HAHNDS!!!
Riverhounds (7-9-10) vs. Birmingham Legion FC (10-10-5) Date: Saturday, Aug. 24 Time: 7:30 p.m. Location: Protective Stadium, Birmingham, Ala.
Riverhounds get 3 points with a massive win over the Legion! I didn't get the chance to watch the game live, but I saw the highlights of a red hot Edward Kizza and a great set piece goal. The hounds definitely had some sloppy giveaways but thankfully Eric showed up with some big Dick energy to earn a clean sheet.
What do you think about the game? Did we look as dominant as the score suggests? Or are there some cracks showing in our defense despite being tied for 2nd fewest goals conceded in the league. How do you think we will do against Indy Eleven this weekend after their mid-week clash against Sporting KC in the US Open cup?
So I bought tickets for the September 7 match through Ticketmaster and I bought prepaid parking. I'm able to see my tickets and the email mentions prepaid parking but I don't have any kind of code or ticket. Anyone know how this works? I don't have anything that says prepaid parking on it in terms of something to scan when I get to the lot.
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (6-9-9) vs. Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (9-9-4)
Date: Saturday, Aug. 17
Time: 7 p.m.
Location:Â Highmark Stadium
Odds: Hounds -125 / Draw +250 / Colorado Springs +280 (FanDuel)
TV:Â KDKA+
Streaming:Â ESPN+
The last third of the season is heating up as our boys in black and gold fight for a playoff spot, while our opponents from Colorado battle to hang on to theirs. The Hounds are 3 points off the playoff line in the East and are looking to make up some ground from NCFC and Loudoun. Will our lackluster attack be enough to score on a Switchbacks side who has struggled away from home (2-7-2)? Join us at Highmark Stadium this evening to find out!
UP THE HAHNDS!
Hey gang! I'm a relatively new Riverhouds supporter (just started going to games this year). Has this sub ever done match day threads? I'd love to talk about matches with other fans, but this subreddit always feel kinda empty. Maybe it's something that's been done in the past but not so much anymore due to lack of engagement. Is that something other people would be interested in?
Anyone need or want a supporters ticket for tonight’s game?
Are you able to bring 10x10 tents to tailgating in the prepaid lot?
I am SOOOO jacked to meet Hacksaw Jim Duggan. But what's actually happening with the block party? I don't see any details. Pregame deals, tailgating, etc?
Hey im trying to get tickets for a highschool soccer team and was wondering how to. see prices for riverhounds box tickets prices. Has anyone had theses tickets before and know roughly the price of them.
Thanks
Do the Riverhounds have a reserve squad? I live in Erie and would love to see an Erie Commodores(NPSL/UWS) vs Riverhounds 2 match someday
I saw the competition for naming the Women's team in Pittsburgh, but am I the only one who thinks they should just be called the Riverhounds too?
Maybe I'm comparing it too much to stuff like clubs in England where the women's and men's team are just the same.
Let me know what your thoughts are though! I'm open to discussion
Hi all, not riverhounds related so sorry about that but i was hoping you guys could help me out. im a columbus transplant and i wanna find a bar to watch the crew play in the CCC Final tomorrow night since its not on apple tv and i dont get fs1. Are there any soccer bars that might put it on? Thanks
This will be our first game, section 107 and have pre pay for parking already. Anything I can do to make our time more enjoyable? I’ll have a small crossbody bag for diapers and his toiletries as well. Thanks all! Can’t wait to go!
