I have checked the bulb, they're working fine but there's no power when I test with, I've forgotten what that things is called. High beams work fine. Fuses appear to be fine too. What else could v be the issue?
Looking to purchased a Ford edge for our next vehicle and wanted to see what the pulse is on them. They seem decent enough but if they are prone to issues, I would love to know beforehand.
They are advertising 5.9% for 60 months, which is not worth advertising TBH.
Looking at an Explorer and VW has 0.9% for 60 months on the comparable Atlas
My father needs to drive cycle his F-150
It’s a 2019 F-150 XLT Sport with the 5.0L V8.
I found one or two sites that are general drive cycle instructions for ford. I found one site that explained how to drive cycle a 2004 but nothing for a 2019.
I’ve turned off zone lighting, adjusted the headlights to auto, checked to see if anything was blocking the sensor in the dashboard, firmly shut all the doors and tailgate but these back two lights still won’t turn off.
Has any experience this before? How did you fix it?
Took our ‘29 “Edgar” to see the fall colors on some Michigan dirt roads.
So my gf has a focus with the 2.0 uhhh I belive sohc it's been misfiring lately and I put new plugs and wires into it and still misfiring I ahev a feeling it's the distributor cap but anyone have ideas
So I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this, but I figured I’d try. I’m trying to stick decorations to my car dash and it’s not working. I’m attempting to stick a variety of materials on it like plushies and plastic figures as well. I’ve tried double sided tape and adhesive putty which haven’t worked. I don’t want to use glue or pins so I don’t damage the car but I don’t know what else to use. The dash is made of a shell looking material and I think that’s why the tape and putty don’t work.
Last year it was the oil pump being sucked in the engine (recall has been completed already) but now the passenger side tail light doesn’t light up when I step on the brake. I’ve replaced the light and still same thing. Crazy thing is at night it glows until I step on the brake then it goes out again 😑. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi all, I have a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with the 4.6L V8 and I found that my oil smells strongly of gas and my fuel economy is terrible since my gas is quickly going into my oil. I added a fuel system cleaner in hopes that it could just be dirty/clogged injectors and I plan on changing the oil immediately but does anyone else know what could cause this or has had this issue? Any insight would be helpful.
Does anyone know what could be the issue? I have updated to the latest software. Ford fiesta 2018
Hi everyone, i have the following default code with my car :
U041586: CAN Communication with the central ESP component Signal not valid.
P082500: Tiptronic Switch Malfunction
P05A100: Radiator Shutter - Position Sensor Malfunction
The ABS unit and the sensors have been replaced with new parts, but the problem persists. The Ford dealership was unable to identify the issue and is directing me to another service center.
Anyone as some idea of what can it be ? Thanks a lot ❤️
As title.. When i start my car (Ford Focus 2005 1.6 - 90k) on my dashboard shows orange Check Engine Light and in the middle (Motor System Fehrer) which means Engine System Error i think. And i scanned with OBD Scanner and then it shows the following message with code P2584 Fuel Additive Control Module Requested mil illumination. Any solution for this?

I buy my first car it's a 89 f150 5.0 I went to buy oil for the service and they gave me 20w 50. Is that a good option ? Temperatures here can exceed 40Cº In winter it is rare that it reaches 0C⁰
I'm curious if there is a way that I can adjust my backup camera on my 2019 escape. It's angled down, and I can see my license plate. I would really like it to be angled up higher, so that I can see farther behind me. I've looked in every setting I can find on the menu, and I'm not sure if maybe missed an option, or if it has to be done manually.

Hi all,
I am based in the UK and have a 2022 Ford Kuga. I need to add some screen wash but I can't as the bonnet/hood won't open. The latch on the left front door just feels light as if it isn't doing anything so I suspect the cable latch isn't working properly
What is the best way to open the bonnet/hood manually in the interim until I can arrange a dealer to repair please?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hey redditors I just bought a 2012 Ford Fusion SE 2.5 L and started looking through accessories for it and came across something called a fuel chip that claimed to increase mpg by 6+ and horsepower by 80+ are these real and if I got one should I expect that high of an increase?
I have a '13 Escape Titanium that seems to have an issue where the battery will just randomly disconnect while sitting. I'll get in and the power comes up like normal but I start the car and everything immediately cuts out like I pulled the battery. Every time it's done this it's been temporarily solved by lightly jiggling a cable on the battery, you can even hear everything get power returned to it. Afterwards I need to immediately rush back in to the car and start it before it randomly disconnects again.
I figured it was a short or a dirty ground but the posts on the battery are clean and the battery itself I just got less than 3 months ago.
Anybody every have something like this?
I am about to make the decision and order the new 2024 Kuga PHEV. However I am still doubting which version it will be: The ST-LineX or the ActiveX?
Although I tend to prefer the ST-LineX version, which I especially like on the inside (with the black 'ceiling' and the red stitching), I’m more inclined towards the ActiveX version because of the somewhat tougher appearance and, as I hear here and there, the less stiff ride compared to the ST-LineX.
My main focus is driving comfort. The more queit and smooth, the better, so to say and I am very much a decent, normal driver. So, my question is: Is there a noticeable difference in ride comfort between these two versions? I did test-drive in an ST-LineX wich was already felt good (coming from a 2019 Fiesta Vignale), but not yet in an ActiveX. Hence my question here.
Are there other reasons (that I may not yet see) to choose either an ST-LineX or ActiveX?
Thanks in advance!
We have a workshop that mostly repairs Ford vehicles, and we would like to have service/wiring manuals for them.
Does anyone have experience with Motorcraft's online manuals? Are they easy to navigate? Should we opt with them or are there better sources?
Hi everyone so I have a 2018 Explorer Sport that started having an issue once I got out of the dealership I didn’t experience the weird shaking when I got home but at virtually any speed the car would shake or rattle when braking, this noise came from the front as seen and heard in the video I’m taking it back to the dealer tomorrow I drove over an hour away for this to happen and I am devastated.
Got a 1.6 diesel focus. There was an ABS sensor fault which I've got changed, but issue still persists where the assist features don't work UNLESS I'm above 27mph which of course is not helpful.
It’s an old truck so it’s a wild shot but I’m a 16 year old who prefers doing things myself because it’s cheaper, I have a 89 f150 that cannot go 4 days without blowing a blinker fuse and sometimes it’ll blow in 5-6 uses, and I’ve had a couple of these trucks and no a lot about them and this one is by far the nicest 80,000 miles barely any rust, but the other ones I’ve had don’t do it. I’ve been through a bag of 200 fuses in the 5 months I’ve had this one and I’m on my second bag not even expensive just annoying.
