I have figured it out! How about an expansion of Disney’s Hollywood Studios into the area between World Drive and Buena Vista Drive, which is west of the main park? A patch of land in that area is listed as "suitable" in the CFTOD plans.
Currently the other big park in Orlando with a big globe has the theme park rights to the Simpsons however that contract ends in 2028 and they could close Springfield sooner than that and if they close it Disney then immediately gains the Theme park rights to the Simpsons and with how recognizable the property is they're bound to make their way to WDW, so i'm proposing my idea for the Simpsons
My personal guess is Hollywood Studios since that's Disney's park for IP's that need immersive lands instead of being represented in larger lands, and with this I say its between 2 sections of the park that could turn into Springfield the back corner with Rock N Rollercoaster and Lightning McQueen Racing Academy, or Animation Courtyard where Star Wars Launch Bay and The Little Mermaid Show stand
And I say they'll take Animation Courtyard for a few reasons, for 1 the area they would work with is much bigger and the only way to expand the back corner is the street that leads into it, for 2 It would still be located in Animation Courtyard which makes perfect sense, since the Simpsons is obviously an animated property, and for 3 Mickey and Minnies Runaway Railway is located right across from this plot which would then contain the Mickey Mouse and friends property, the Simpsons, and Toy Story Land right above making this circular area a destination with the most iconic cartoon characters of all time residing in the area
Now what will the land look like, the land will feature 1 major dark ride called "Simpsons: Skip Day" where Bart skips a day of school and you (acting as Homer and Marge) must chase after him and find him, with the exterior being Springfield Elementary and as you exit you'll enter the lands main gift shop "Barts Con Shop" themed to the schools bathroom where students trade things with one another however its just Bart ripping people off all of this is at the bottom next to Walt Disney Presents, at the top the Simpsons house will sit with this being a meet and greet location where you can meet all the Simpsons characters as you work your way throughout the house, off to the side will be "Moe's Tavern" a dine in restaurant and bar, and at the center of the land and as the land icon Jebediah Springfield will have a statue as he is the founder of Springfield after all
However this is just my idea and I would love to here your's down below and lets all try to be respectful, also adding this would most likely open 2029
Hey, i'm going to Hollywood Studios on my b-day and I wanted to know if there's anything cool you get for it?
I saw you get a a small badge (where can i pick it up), but besides that is there any cool freebie anyone got? (Especially around Galaxy Edge).
FYI I'm just going to Hollywood Studios and not staying in any Disney hotel.
Nice construction photo from 1985 of the process of Disney-MGM Studios.
Pre-COVID, every time we went to Hollywood Studios, there was a Cast Member named Jeff that was usually posted up where Mickey and Minnie is now. He was in charge of the traffic flow for the night time fireworks and laser light show and kept the crowd entertained. We always stopped and talked to him and he was the nicest person and always had a smile on his face. Last we had heard he was going to be working in the Star Wars land but since COVID and the rehiring of employees, we have not seen him in the park. I hope that he was still working there but he might have been part of the staff that were let go. We are about to go down again in February and were looking to see if there was word of him still being there. If I can find a picture that we took with him, I can post it for easier identification but I am not sure if that is allowed.

Hello,
My husband and I are staying at Universal Studios and doing a day drip over to Disney World Hollywood Studios on Jan 26th (a Thursday).
We are mostly going to see Star Wars Galaxy's Edge and do both Smugglers Run and Rise of the Resistance. We are going to do the Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller coaster as well. If we have time we will probably walk through Toy Story Land but we are not really interested in much else.
We are not building droids or lightsabers however we have a reservation for Oga's Cantina at 4:15pm.
If we show up at 8AM that morning do you think we will have everything done by the time our reservation for Oga's Cantina comes around? I have to book my return trip back to Universal ahead of time and I am not sure what time to tell them to pick us up.
Any suggestions would be great.
