Guidelines

  • All posts must be Disney related. All posts must be Disney related. Posts that are only tangentially related to Disney will be removed.
  • Follow reddiquette. Treat others with basic decency. No personal attacks, Threats of violence, shill accusations, hate-speech, flaming, baiting, trolling, witch-hunting, or unsubstantiated accusations. This will result in a permanent ban.
  • No reposts, low-effort, trolling or NSFW content. Submissions deemed to be nonsensical, poorly written, excessively vulgar, obscene, or common will be removed at the moderators' discretion. This includes troll posts or comments with swearing, ranking threads, and conspiracy theories. Posts must also be in English.
  • No clickbait, vague, or misleading post titles. Posts should have titles that properly convey what the post is about, as well as being logical without any context. Posts that link to articles or videos should contain the original source title within its title.
  • No sales, affiliate links, or begging posts. Links that, when clicked (or used to purchase/sign up from), give the referrer some form of bonus or compensation are not allowed. For B/T/S posts, please visit /r/DisneyMarketplace.

Posts which include any mention of politics, religion, or social justice (or concepts, figures, and ideas tangential to those topics) outside of the context of Disney have the unfortunate effect of causing excessive vitriol in the comments. Zootopia / Brother Bear ?

Watching Zootopia with my little one and caught a moment of memory I didn’t know I had! When Hops is in her apartment after FaceTiming with her parents, there’s voices that exchange “shut up” - is this not the same exchange from the moose in Brother Bear?? Or is it just me?

Have a good one 😁

Help identifying vintage Snow White charm

I picked out this vintage charm in antique shop today but can’t find anything similar online. It’s stamped as official Disney but doesn’t say anything else. Does anyone recognise it or can help me figure out what year it’s from?

Identifying this stuffed bunny

My wife was showing me her childhood bunny from around 25 years ago that her parents purchased at the Disney Store. Remember when those were a thing? I can’t figure out which Disney movie this guy is from, if any. Anyone else have a clue which character’s stuffed animal this one is?

I'll admit, Kiff is one of my favorite shows there is (as an adult who used to watch cartoons back in the 90s as a kid as well)

Looking for an old Disney cartoon :)

When I was younger, I watched an old black and white Disney cartoon which I think involved Pete as an evil greedy king and Minnie as a princess, Mickey was poor and in love with Minnie. Daisy was also involved but I can't remember what she did. I remember a big feast happening and that's mostly it. I've been trying to look it up for a bit as it keeps coming back to me but nothing yet, if anyone can find what it's called or even better provide the video that would be great, thank you!

First time to Disney! Advice needed

I have never posted here before, but here it goes. I am taking my kids (ages f15 and m12) to Disney for the first time ever. It is a trip that is close to my heart because my mother used to take us all the time. I pulled out all the stops. Got us a room at one of the resorts, booked tickets and paid so we can see all the parks, reserved dinners, ect. I have been working nonstop overtime to save up for this trip. What I am curious about is how much I should expect to spend. I have saved up a little over 5k just for food and shopping. I know my daughter will love the Asian part of Epcot and will likely spend a bunch of money on Sanrio things. My son will likely want just nerdy things. We checked prices on food and what we will likely spend there, but I am curious what I should expect to spend on the kids getting cool touristy crap. I want them to focus on enjoying themselves and less on the prices of things. We are driving, so size or amount of things isn't a concern.

Also if anyone has any recommendations of stuff we should do or see while there, that would be greatly appreciated. I have a few friends who have gone, but they are mostly childless so I worry that what they would enjoy is different than what my kids would. My daughter is an adrenalin junky. My son on the other hand is high functioning autistic and gets nervous easily.

Thanks ahead of time for any advice or recommendations given =D

Stitch Toy

I have been trying to figure out where to find this old toy or picture of it that I got from Disney world in the 2000s.

-All I remember is its disney stitch palm pilot pda of some sort. -You could create to do lists and play games and what not. -It was Orange and like a silverish color. -It also had a stylus pen.

I’ve been searching for what seems like forever to find it.

Trying to learn Ariel's design

Hi! I'm Salty <3

Well, i'm trying to learn how Ariel is drawn using og guidelines used for the movie (found on "living lines library) because i want to try and animate her. Even though i'm an artist, i do mostly illustration and want to do comic in the future, but i also want to try animation because it's a constant in my life. Anyway, "why draw her exactly like the movie?" u might ask and i will answer that, i don't really know, just thing of preference i guess, so.. i'll let u here the proggress i've made through these 2 days of trying and any tip or constructive comment will help.

Thanks in advance and thanks for reading me

What might be the next big thing or what already is (deep dive)

Hey everybody I recently watched DuckTales the 2017 continuity once again for the 12th time and I have realized something during the past few years we had cartoons that filled that adventure animation void of Disney for quite a while now which in my opinion has been opened once again seeing how star vs forces of evil and owl house and my personal favourite DuckTales is over what do you think is the next big thing share your opinions cause I am dying to find out about a show that is the same nature with the adventure big names being-

  1. Gravity falls
  2. Star vs the forces of evil
  3. DuckTales
  4. amphibian
  5. The owl house

Share your opinions looking forward to it

Rewatching Finding Nemo as a father.

As a young man, I (28m) loved the animated film Finding Nemo. It was a thrilling aquatic adventure full of fun characters and eye popping visuals. The story of a triumphant little clownfish who found his way home against all odds. It was about Nemo. My lovely lady decided to put it on as she was folding laundry the other day and our little one was in that fussy space between sleep and total world domination. He seemed to enjoy it. I came back from the office just in time to catch the first minute. Normally, I would greet my family and finish up whatever work I brought home that day, however this time I stayed. I stayed to witness the horror of uncontrollable tragedy that ripped a family apart. Stayed to witness the unrelenting love that a father could have for his son. Unrelenting love which defied all logic and reasoning in the face of insurmountable peril. All for the love of his child. Now, the story is about Marlon because that's who I resonate with at this point in life and it was beautiful. I wept. If you're not a parent, there's no possible way you could understand this so give your parents all the appreciation and adoration you can. Or don't, I'm not your Mom. However if you are a parent, rewatch Finding Nemo.

I loved these bags.

Hi reddit! I did not now on which subreddit to post this, so I will try it here. I have had these 2 bags for awhile and they are starting to show their wear and tear. ( picture is not mine) Now I'm wondering where I could buy them again. I have forgotten from which store they are and got this far with google image search.

So my question is: where do I find them?

Has anyone heard of this before?

The Disney Doll House Partworks by Hachette.

Was it not publicised at all? Please someone tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t know about it.

Cahu from Elena of Avalor is perhaps the most horrific villain in any Disney media. Not to mention she is from Disney Junior a program made for toddlers.
