Hong Kong Disneyland's site is not accepting any of my credit cards (tried about 10 from various companies Visa, Amex, MasterCard). I can't get any phone support from them. I do not want to book through a third party website if I can help it. Please offer any working solutions that have worked for you lately. I've wasted 3 hours today trying to get them to accept my money. It shouldn't be this hard and from what I can tell, it is a known issue. Thanks in advance!!!
Hey all!
I have a question aimed at those who have stayed at any of the Disney HK resorts. I'm helping someone plan a surprise trip for their wife to the Hollywood Hotel while she's in the area. We were trying to figure out if there were any fees/incidentals that would be due when she gets there since we don't want to send her to check-in unprepared and having to pay. I tried searching all over the policies but couldn't come up with anything. If anyone has checked in to the hotels on property I would be super greatful to know if that were the case! Thanks!
Just an observation but the two days I was in the park, people literally rope drop meet and greets especially when it came to Duffy and friends. Rides were pretty much all walk on the longest queue being 40 minutes at Toy Soldiers parachute Drop. Nobody rode rides, just took pictures all day. Keep in mind, majority of the people in the park were Chinese.
Hello, does anyone know if there will still be the Halloween decorations and shows until November 2nd? (This Saturday) thanks!
Is there a Sephora or anything inside HK Disneyland??
Hi everyone! I recently bought a park entry ticket with a meal voucher and early park entry from Klook. I just wanted to confirm if I need to reserve the early park entry separately? It says on the ticket that the park entry is already reserved, but the early entry needs a reservation. However, when I checked the reservation link, I couldn’t find an option to book the early entry.
so guys I have already bought my tickets on klook for Disneyland but now I also want the early access pass but the problem Is that I just got to know it is not available on klook its only available on Disneyland official website, so will it be okay if I buy both tickets separately?
I used to inhale these when they were in Disneyland
Last time I was there was pre-COVID, so I don't know if they still offer this service and, if they do, what time it starts running (we'll need a 6:00am pickup).
I purchased my tickets via the official HK Disneyland website and dutifully downloaded the official smartphone app, on account that the email stated "Your Phone is Your Ticket" and has a screenshot of your QR code for park entry being displayed in the app (screenshot). But after linking my e-tickets to the app, it only shows the date of the visit, but no QR code. Am I doing something wrong?
And there's literally zero wind or rain. What a joke. Hopefully they open up the rides tomorrow because I only have 1 more days here
So, I can’t be the only one who was terribly traumatised at THAT point in Mystic Manor to see poor Albert in that predicament???
Will the fireworks be postponed under T1?
Planning to go to Disneyland during the first week of May. Has anyone here visited the park around that time? How’s the weather, and is it too crowded during those dates?
We’re also planning to stay at the Disneyland Hotel but are having trouble booking a room with breakfast included on Klook. The option with breakfast appears at first, but once I add that we have a child with us, the option becomes unavailable. For reference, we’re two adults and a 6-year-old. Can we just pay for the breakfast buffet once we’re checked in? I don’t see any option of adding breakfast in the website. So any advice on how i’ll be able to book a room with breakfast buffet included?
Has anyone tried booking through the Hong Kong Disneyland website? Is it better than booking on Klook? I noticed that there are some promos available on the website. We’re also interested in the themed experiences—specifically the “Happier Celebration In-Room Themed Surprises with Cake,” as we’re visiting for my son’s birthday.
Your suggestions and recommendations are very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Hi! I saw this 7-11 near inspiration lake in google maps. Is this still open?
Also, if we’re staying at the explorer’s hotel, can we use the pool (and sauna) of the other hotels?
We’re planning to go on disneyland on Jan 30, 2025. We realized that the new year will also falls on the same date. Any one experienced new year in Hong Kong/ Disneyland
Hi! We’re going on Dec 3, 2 adults 1 toddler. I know best thing to do to know the weather is check 1 week before on the observatory app but….
Can someone please throw their experiences or insights, anything. Will it be cold already???? What’s best to wear? We never experienced winter coming from a tropical country so we’re anxious about it
Hi. We are going to stay at a disneyland hotel for 3 days and 2 nights in November. I have yet to book the rooms through the disneyland website and there's an option to avail of the breakfast during booking. If I skip it now and proceed with the booking, will I be able to avail a breakfast buffet later? I am not sure whether to get the breakfast offer on our 2nd day or on our 3rd day. It's quite expensive to have it for both days since we are a large group. The offer is also discounted so it's quite tempting. Thanks for your help.
I’m going to HK next week (end Oct) and noticed the weather is getting super rainy. Is a typhoon coming? How will this affect Disney eg ride closures etc? Any tips on how to plan my day/what to pack? Thanks!
Hi! I just wanted to ask for help in regards to linking my tickets bought from a third party website (not via HK Disney online) to the app! If my other family members also have the app, do I scan it for them on my app and they will still be able to see on their app as a group? However, I have also bought separate tickets via their own website for 2 other people but will it show that they are still all part of my one "party"? Because on the Japan Disney app, members of a party can see each other's bookings for rides and restaurant bookings. So I wanted to check if the HK app is the same? Thanks in advance!
Is there an additional payment for meeting Disney Princesses? From what I remember the last time we were there, there's a barricade around the princesses and only certain people were allowed in. How do we get those?
Thank you!
For a family that is thinking of buying the Explorer’s Semi-Buffet Dinner at Explorer’s Club Restaurant and Admission to “Momentous” Special Viewing Area Package?
What are the food choices at the dinner?
What’s the best time to dine?
Hi, I’m booking tickets to HK and trying to squeeze it all during the holiday break. I have two options: Dec 30-Jan 3 or Jan 3-7. I originally planned on the first but I’m afraid the crowd may be horrible and I’m bringing a 3 year old and 1 year old with me. Disney Hotel rates are a lot cheaper on Jan 3 - 7 so I’m guessing the crowd may be more manageable?
Does anyone have any experience or suggestions based on the travel dates? Will there still be Christmas themed events on the first week of January?
hi there!, im planning to visit hongkong in the first week of November but I can't see any ticket on klook for the early access to park for the frozen world. What should I do?
I think I’m slowly losing my mind here. I have tried to purchase our HK tickets through Disney’s site and through Klook. Both have been rejected on multiple cards. I tried both my phone and laptop. I even confirmed with my credit card company that the charges were me and not fraud, but it is still cancelled.
Has anyone dealt with both places not working before? I’m trying to contact Klook but their CS wait has been already 45 minutes and no one has answered.
I’ve heard Disney’s site regularly has issues with Visa/Mastercard/AMEX and the only solution I saw was to use Klook. Which seems to also have the same issue so I’m just running in circles at this point.
Does anyone know, if you happen to have membership already until April but want to take advantage of the 30% off before the Nov 28 date, does that renewal count from when you renew it or the original expiry date of the membership (i.e April). Seems like they'd clearly start the renewal from April at the lower price but I simply cannot be sure.
I'm confused. Is it 16 or if you're under 7 then you need a 16 year old? Going with my friends, we're all under 16 and over 7 (ofc over 7)
Hi. If we stay in any of the disneyland hotels, do we get a perk of early entry? Or do we still have to purchase the separate ticket for early entry?
Because in Japan I think they get to enter the park early if you stay in any of the disneyland hotels there.
Thank you!
Does anyone has any idea what the rules are for insta360 camera? Can I use a handheld stick with insta360 when going on rides? I couldn’t find anything useful anywhere and this is my first time going to HKDL. Appreciate your answers.
