Hello All,
I will be visiting Disneyland HK on 10th Feb(Monday). My wife and 1.5 year old son would be with me, hence waiting in long queues would be difficult.
Would the premier pass help much? Is it like no queue/5min wait kind of situation with premier pass or is it still longer wait.
Thanks in advance.
My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids) will visit Disney HK end of June to celebrate our daughter's bday. She loves Frozen and visiting Arendelle will be a treat. I need help planning how many days at Disneyland, and which days. We arrive on Wednesday evening and tentatively depart Monday to Taipei. Ideally we want to visit on a weekday when queues will be shorter, however, weather is also a factor and her birthday falls on a Sunday. We also plan to stay at Disneyland Hotel, not sure for one night or two nights. We are going to Disneyland in California in March, and taking a Disney cruise in Singapore in December. We love HK food and attractions too, and will spend a couple nights in Kowloon.
Do we stay at Disney hotel the first two nights, visit Disney on Thursday and/or Friday, then move to Kowloon for the next few nights, or vice versa and stay at Disney over the weekend for daughters bday. I guess we don't have to be in Disney exactly on her bday. Also have the option to book a family room at a nice hotel overlooking HK bay on Sunday night to celebrate. Not sure if this is appropriate or she would enjoy it.
Is refund available if the ticket is bought from the website? There's an unfortunate event that happened to my mother, she got stroke and i don't think she'll be able to travel on march. And i am wondering if there is a way for our tickets to get refunded. Thanks in advance
Hi, we are looking at visiting mid January next year. Chinese NY is later next year (mid Feb) but for some larger mainland provinces the winter school holidays start the week we will be there. I am trying to gauge whether it’s going to be as hectic as it has been over the past few weeks or whether it’s likely to be better in mid Jan as Chinese NY is later?
Any thoughts?
Hello, got a few questions to ask im confused on what to get for a ticket is the premier access worth to buy planning to go there on May. If so, does this include admission early entry to the park or should i still need to buy a separate early entry pass for it? I would like to get tickets for my family preferably early entry admission to the park & fast track for the rides. Which one should i pick in the site. Im confused. Thanks.
Good day,
I would like to ask if you can stay at the Hotel for like 5 nights but will go in the park for just one day.
And how about making reservations for the Hotel even if you will not enter the park, is it possible?
Thank you guys
We're planning to hit HK Disney for one day on either Feb 18, 19, or 20, the latter two of which are priced the lowest at $669 HKD for the single date adult entry.
Is it wise to buy in advance? Can prices increases as the day moves closer? I suppose the park can sell out? But my guess is this is priced the lowest because they expect lower demand, so unlikely that would happen?
I'm kind of wanting to keep it variable between the three days in case of weather, but will bite the bullet and pick a date if prices change on the day of the visit.
Thanks for any help - I'm a Disney newb just trying to give my gf a dream experience. :D
We went to HK Disneyland last January 24 and expected a parade featuring lots of Disney characters like what I've watched on tiktok. What they had is only mickey and friends short procession celebrating Chinese New Year. Did they stop doing the parade? Or it just happens on special occasions? I've been wanting to come back just for the parade 🥲. Tyia!
Hi, we are going to HKDL with a toddler (under 3) in mid-April, a few days before the Good Friday weekend, wondering a few things:
thank you!
Hello, we are visiting HK Disneyland on a Monday and wanted to know when we should arrive if we have to leave at 5pm. Is it so busy we should arrive at 10am? Or pretty comfortable so a midday arrival is ok?
Anyone who visited recently - did you see that stores and/or cast members had pins to trade with? Thanks in advance!
We are planning to visit Disneyland on the same day as our Disney Hollywood hotel check-in. Since the check-in time is 3 PM, we plan to drop off our luggage early in the morning before heading to the park.
Can someone please confirm if we will still be able to access the special entrance reserved for check-in guests, even though our official check-in time is later in the afternoon? Thanks!
Will be staying at their hotel so there might be discounts for park tickets? Or is it still cheaper in Klook?
Hello :-) !
My husband and I booked 2 days at Disney and we will stay at the Disneyland hotel.
On the second day, we will go straight from there to the airport.
My idea was to leave our luggage at the hotel, pick it up and call a car to the airport (it will be in the evening, we fly out after 23h). I however only see info about taxis at the "PTI".
Is it not possible to have one pick us up at the entrance of the hotel ? Can't we ask the reception to call one for us ? I see no info about it and found no one answering that question on Reddit either (maybe I didn't look it up correctly ?).
Thank you !
Have a nice day,
Nathalie
I'm planing for this trip in August, need some advice on hotel accommodations (hopefully a huge suite or connected rooms) and Disneyland 2 day tickets package. Is there a hotline/ customer service I can contact to get a package deal?
Looking to take the family (2 adults, 1 and 4 year old) for a short trip to HK Disneyland while we are in travelling in Asia. Looking for advice on my tentative plan. It’s technically 2 nights 3 days but with the flight times it is much less.
Day 1 - arrive in HK 530pm. Taxi/shuttle to hotel (Explorer’s). Get settled, explore the hotel grounds a bit before bedtime.
Day 2 - full day at the park, early entry, expecting a mid nap hotel break due to heat.
Day 3 - check out of hotel, half day at the park. Flight leaves HK at 630pm.
Im wondering if this a bit too rushed? Considering the flight departure at 630pm, would it be too hard to squeeze in some park time between check out and getting to the airport?
An alternative to a half park day might be exploring the 3 hotel properties on day 3 but I wasn’t sure if there was enough time to do that. The price of a 2 day ticket isn’t a whole lot more than 1 day so the half(quarter) day option seemed appropriate.
Welcoming all feedback! Thank you!!
Is the train available at this time to reach the World of Frozen or do we need to walk the whole time? And other than this, do you have any recommendations on what rides to prioritize at this time up to early lunch? Thank you
Hello! I’m planning to visit Disney Hong Kong in March. I’ll be arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport around 6:00 AM and would like to know how long it takes to reach the park and what the best transportation options are. I’ll be staying one night at Disney and departing the next day at 9:00 PM from Hong Kong Airport to Beijing. We have a two-days park ticket, so I imagine that the time we will spend there (part of the second and part of the 3rd) will be enough to visit the park. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Hi everyone, I'll be going to Hong Kong and visiting Disneyland for probably only a day. I'm looking to do:
The Frozen rides
Hyperspace Mountain
Big Grizzly Mountain
Iron Man
Mystic Manor
+ have enough time to shop, watch a show, eat, and look around. Is one day enough to do all of this or should I be purchasing a 2 day pass? Thank you!
Hi there!! My family and I are making plans to visit over the Good Friday weekend (April18-19). Please could I ask, based on your experiences, which will be the day with more crowd?
Thanks for all your comments and insights!!
Hello HKDL redditors! We are planning to visit the park during the week (Tue/Wed) in May. I have been 5+ years ago but it's my partner's first time. Looking to stay 1 night at one of the hotels and purchasing tickets for 2 days, two adults no kids.
Is this a particularly busy time to visit? Other posts and websites have said it doesn't get too busy although it does start to get hot and humid, which we can handle. We were wondering if it's worth getting the Premier Access for attractions and/or shows as well as Early Entry, especially for World of Frozen. Any experiences with the semi-buffet package for Momentous?
As far as dining options go, are any of the hotel restaurant experiences worth stepping out of the park? I've had the Dim Sum at Crystal Lotus and enjoyed it a lot, but I'm also considering the Afternoon Tea Party at Corner Cafe. I know the food will be very different between those two but we are pretty open to anything whether it be quick service, sit-down, or even just snacks! We just want to make the most of our visit. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I am very new to this Disney theme and just booked a 2 night reservation at Agoda (only room, nothing else included). Now I am seeing that I require a park pass to check in to hotel. Do I need to buy the park pass for 1 day or the whole 2 day? Actually I dont want to go to the park 2 days. One day is very fine for me I may sound silly but I am completely new so I have no idea. Please help!
Ones compatible with the Disney parks lightsabers? Thanks
Hi! We're going to HK Disneyland on Chinese New Year season. Our scheduled date is on tier 3 so we're considering buying the fast pass. Is it worth it or not? Tyia!
I am having trouble finding transportation from our cruise port to the park. Google maps said it takes 30 minutes so I booked the park pass but some thing I saw said it takes 1.5 hours.
Here’s the address to the port incase any of yall have better info!
Hong Kong 33 Shing Fung Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Hello everyone!
Does anyone know if guests staying at a Hong Kong Disneyland resort hotel get guaranteed admission even if there are no more park reservations for the night the guest are staying?
I hope that makes sense Thanks.
I was just curious if the paint the night parade is coming back this year.
I was at HK Disneyland today and I saw this t-shirt. I was taking a look at the graphics on the right, I can see Mystic Manor, Grizzly Gulch, Momentous, the (old) Castle, Dumbo, it's a small world, but I can't identify what the last one is supposed to be. Anyone have any ideas?
Which restaurants do you recommend for dinner and is it hard to get an uber /taxi? We plan to go in mid-Feb during a weekday and are looking at the Hollywood hotel for 1 night.
Hello all,
My wife and I are planning to visit Hong Kong for new years, before boarding a cruise ship to Singapore. I wanted to ask a few questions:
How far in advance can a Disney hotel be booked?
How far in advance can park tickets be bought?
What are crowds like on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day?
Thanks!
