And can I talk to my lider about doing 40 hours or less a week? And can I talk to them to see if they eliminate one of those days? Like at least day 5/9 cause Jesus

I have a hand tattoo that I am currently in the process of getting removed (I have had two removal sessions and it is faded but still present). It's of a sword, so not exactly the most kid friendly either. If I tell them that I'm currently in the process of getting it removed, what do you think the odds are that they overlook it? Thanks.

Hey I changed my gender preference cuz my bf is moving out and I’m a little worried about it. I move to a new apartment on the 10th which is fine, whatever. The only problem is I’m type 1 diabetic and that little small shelf thing in the fridge is the most convenient place for me to put my insulin. I’m just concerned on how I should ask my new roommates if I can have the shelf thing for my medication. My last roommates all moved in at the same time so I feel like it was easier to ask. Any ideas for me.

So tomorrow is my 3rd day OTJ training l. Last day before my assessment. However, I’m not feeling good and am unsure how to go about calling in? Or requesting a same day ADO ? Or honestly knowing what the difference is, to know what to do

I’m a past cast member from the CEP and can’t decide if the CRP will be a good option, I recently got an amazing job, I’m not obsessed with the actual work, but it pays wonderful and has a lot of opportunities long term for getting into jobs I do want.

I loved the CEP but can’t decide if the CRP will be a good option for me or not. Would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has abandoned their careers to do it, and what coming back was like.

I have restaurant and high level serving experience so I believe I would be a great fit for that!

I got my acceptance Thursday and accepted it Friday. I tried logging into DORMS as a new user like it showed in the email so I can pay my acceptance fee but it keeps showing error message: 103. I contacted tech support.. but the only thing is by the time they may get back to me it’ll be day 5 out of the 7 days I have to accept it. Does anyone know of any other way to get this to work? I don’t wanna loose my acceptance. please help.

Hi! I applied for the DCP Fall of 2025 and I applied January 25. I also picked a late arrival date in August and was wondering if by applying a few days after applications were accepted would affect my chances of getting in? I am still in the first step in Application Received. I’ve heard that if you picked a later arrival date it can take longer to get an interview, I just wasn’t sure if by applying a few days late would impact me as well? I’m really hoping to get in, thank you so much!

hey! i’m a new CP still in training for attractions @ hollywood. My training shifts have all been early morning, before park open, and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is allowed to take pictures of onstage areas as I’m walking to work so long as I am in an area that does not have open gates, trucks, construction, etc. I would also not be clocked in yet.

Hollywood is stunning in the dark morning with all of the neon lights turned on and with the park empty, so I was just curious. i’m not looking to get termed for something trivial 🥹

I have heard that Disney will just decide your role for you, but I was wondering if they at least take into consideration what you have on your resume or what they think you would be good at! I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I thought I would ask! :)

As I've done research with the Disney College Program and talked with people the one thing I've heard universally is "just hope you don't get custodial or houseperson."

I mean I understand why- it's gross.

My perspective is this, my goal is to manage a (non-disney) hotel one day and every GM that I've talked to says I need to have experience in each of the three main departments (F&B, Front Desk, HK). My logic is I have several years of experience with the first two so I need to go somewhere to do my housekeeping experience and If I got to scrub a toilet somewhere it might as well be at Disney.

But is there something particularly bad about being a Disney houseperson or is it just the least preferred out of everything else?

Hey! Very straight forward. Do recognitions helps if I want to do a second program? Are they gonna see that and the recognitions are gonna influence in their decision to accept me for my second program? Also, what if I get a lot of them? Do that makes the leaders see you as a good cast member and take in consideration some requests in the future? (I started my training yesterday and I already have 2)

hey everyone! I’m dealing with a roommate issue. I just moved it on Monday, but I’m gonna 2 x 2 and the roommate I share my room with is not ideal. She snores and it’s just really not cut out to live with other people, which I totally get it’s early days, but the issue isshe went through my stuff today and I only realized after when I got back. She went under my vanity and moved a bunch of my things that were under there so that she could take my cleaning supplies. What can I do?

Hey! I wanted to know if it’s possible to drop or pick up shifts at DCP? How would you go about dropping a shift for someone to pick up or picking up an extra shift depending on the role and/or location ?

Hi! I'm making pros and cons of being at DCP and was wondering what the hours are like for the program? I am hoping for costuming operations and I wont have any classes to take online so I don't know if that changes how many shifts they would give me. Would reaching 40hrs/week be a reasonable guess?

My family is coming and I am booking them a friends and family discounted room. Is there a way to add a dining plan to their reservation?

i know they have to be gone by 1am but like what’s the latest time they can come in?
