Low power shitboxin! Less building more driving! Shoutout Good Luck League for a chill practice day.

Hi guys I have a jzx100 with the a01b diff. Would I be best off using a 80w-140 or factory 80w-90?
I've used both and found the 80w90 tends to leave less bearing material on the magnet. But everything I read online the thicker oil should be better?
It seems my google-ing skills are failing me... Can anyone link me to the video of some new professional drifter getting schooled by an older/legend drifter on a stock car (miata?)?
Part of the problem is I don't remember who the two people are and what car they used; though I'm positive it's a miata, my searches have come up empty.
TYIA.
This car makes hectic pigeon noises. Absolutely a blast to drive this track.
Please ignore my buddies mustang. Little miss communication, he stayed well out of the way though. I still am not over the wrap. It looks so good!!
Hey guys! I'm traveling to Japan solo from April 9th to 22nd. I initially thought I could just catch a train from Tokyo to Koriyama and figure things out from there. However, after further research, it seems like renting a car might be the best option.
If anyone is in Tokyo or the surrounding area and wants to join me, let me know!
Im building a 2004 mustang gt (for drifting obv), was planning on the next mod being coilovers, but now I see that people recommend subframe connectors as one of the first mods. Is this really a must have, how much does it affect the driving experience? Car has 180,000 miles with stock motor btw. Thanks.
What do you think of this Drifting Poster we made?
Hi, I had a question for all the experienced drifters on here. I love driving and often race my car. I've always loved watching drifting and went to a short course the other day. I never get car sick but felt ill after an hour of drifting doing donuts and U-turns. Is it usual for people who are new to drifting to feel this and does it go away over time? Or is this going to be an issue for me? I want to go do another course to get better because I love it, but I can't make it through the entire thing so not sure how to progress past donuts and u-turns section of these courses. If it's just because you're spinning around does it go away when you're on track? Thanks for your help
I'm in front doin my best bro line. Car wasn't super gripped up on these tires. Made it easy to chase.
I found a really good deal on some 17x7.5 wheels that I cant pass up, would 7.5 be too skinny for drifting? (beginner in a 2004 mustang gt no power mods) thanks
Hey all, probably a real basic question but for years I've done amateur circuit type racing, Hill climbs, etc. Steering in the cars I've ran is always an effort and somewhat 'fighting' it for the better word. Usually run lots of caster and it's even more effort.
But then I watch all these in car footage of drift racers and it looks like the steering effort is nothing. You all just spinning the wheel casually and just looks effortless.
What's the go there? I'm obviously missing something and would love to know.
Hello, I have a 1981 Corolla KE70 with a 7K engine swap and I have just installed a Cressida LSD. How do I initiate a drift and ensure the LSD locks everytime. I've tried turning a corner from a stop by dumping the clutch in first gear and the LSD did not lock. And I have managed to get it to lock after dumping the clutch while slow rolling in a straight line in second gear. I was able to do donuts in this on an open diff. How do I go about drifting with the LSD now.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
