I went to a viewing of a 2006 Rx8 I am thinking of buying and I was wondering, is this the original windshield or is it replaced?

Hey guys, I have an RX7 99 FD wing on my Miata(which i barely use anymore atm since i got an RX8 a year ago and daily it) and its by far my favorite wing so im kind of sad that its sitting on the Miata which i dont use anymore... I was wondering if it would fit on the RX8 and how it would look. Tried looking online for some pictures or fitment but couldn't find much (I know the R wing is beautiful, but idk i prefer this FD 99 wing which i have :')
Would love to get some insight from more experienced people, maybe some of you heard/tried/seen something!

Does anyone know where I can get good body parts like front bumpers and side skirts from? The only ones I ever find are non fitting fiber glass parts.

So I am thinking about fixing my headlights. The glass near the edges has have tons of little cracks on both of the headlights. It's not really possible to repair so I have two options:

1. Get new ones
2. Get lenses from aliexpress and have a guy fix it for me, should be around $360 in total, which is quite a bit, the lenses themselves are expensive.

Do we have a reputable seller for the aftermarket ones?

My RX-8 is 2004, 231hp.

Okay so from what I keep hearing from people (obviously not owners of the rx8) that the renisis motor is a emissions choked desperation driven "screw it we will make it work" verson of thr 13b I own a 84' 12a cared rx7 so I don't have the issues of such emissions, I kinda want a 8 but am scared by it's sheer amount of which craft around the rotory how hard are they to work on and did they get a bump in reliability at all or they just a cut and past plus a few bits n bobs of the 13b

Anyone's familiar with suspension upgrade options that:

• go wider stance

• don't involve spacers 😂

• improve handling (if that's even possible)

• make it more robust durable (rally inspired thoughts 😅🫣)

One of the previous owners of my 8 has drilled the clutch and brake pedals 3 times each to install some thick rubber shims made out of car tires. FML.

Hi Guys, I recently replaced my clutch with a new ceramic clutch + flywheel pressure plate etc. I've just put everything back together and now the clutch pedal just dropped to the floor. I've attempted to bleed and abit of air came out but it's still really loose and just stays on the floor after being pressed. Anyone have any ideas?

From this picture would it be safe to assume that the seal was either pushed too far or broken? I replaced the axle couple months ago after getting hit by someone

Soon I’ll be in the market to purchase myself a second car for the weekends, yk for hitting up local roads… My main question is, which one is a better option, I’ve read up a lot on both and why one is better than the other and vise versa… I love the RX8 but the engine is so much worse than the FC, yet the FC is older and the 8 has better handling (per people who have driven both, not me)

I’ve loved the RX8 since I was a kid, and I want to get one, but is it really better than the FC?

Also if I get the RX8 I will be K swapping it, don’t matter how long it’ll take me, I work at a shop that will allow me to do the swap. What would you guys who have owned both say?

Well today after a trip to the dealership they condemned my heater core as the source of me not geting good heat, I have done a quick flush on it already with limited success so my plan is to do one with some chemicals now but it may still need replacing. What are the options and what do I need if that’s the case
