Chronics stealing/Waialua

I understand this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time but there seems to be more chronic activity in Waialua mostly at night along with the stealing of mopeds and dirt bikes of my neighbors. Anyone else having issues or have any comments/suggestions on combating it? Thanks in advance! -Waialua resident
