No one can check in.
For those who have purchased miles recently for the 100% bonus promo, how long did it take for your miles to be deposited into your HA account? The email I got says up to 72 hours and I still haven't seen the miles in my account after 3 days.
Thanks in advance!
Was on a flight from HND (HA458). Lost single diamond hoop earring somehow on the way. Unfortunately already on connecting flight.
Anything I can do now or any help would be appreciated! It's a family piece of jewelry so very disappointed and unsure how it fell off.
This flight was supposed to be at 7 am, now it says 8 am. Boarding says it starts at 6:15 am. Is it actually 8 am? I’m wondering if it’ll change back or if it’s due to the time change? I’m worried if I show up at the 8 am I’ll miss it.
So I'm considering buying some miles with this huge bonus deal they're offering till Nov 15. I'll need to call them to get some help with the award chart, but does anyone know how to decipher this? The break points on redeeming tickets will help me determine how many miles I should buy:

How does the number next to each ticket type? There is Main Cabin # along with First Class/upgrade #. There's some huge jumps in miles for some of them.
Sorry if this is annoying. Figured I'll try to get some info here before I give them a call tomorrow.
Edit: clarity
With the merger taking place can I use the Alaska companion for 99 on hawaiian Airlines?
I have a $3000 travel credit on Alaska. I searched online but couldn’t find any information about using an Alaska travel credit for Hawaiian airlines. Does anybody know if you can use a Alaska travel credit in my wallet to purchase or, in my case, upgrade an existing HA ticket?
I have a free voucher, but the only airport I am close to is in Portland! I can't figure out when or where Hawaiian airlines flies to anywhere... but Hawaii! Can someone help me out please? Thank you!
First time flying Hawaiian this week-with a lengthy layover before heading to KOA from HNL. Would they be flexible and allow to fly on an earlier flight to KOA standby? Thank you
I was browsing for tickets between phoenix and honolulu though hawaiianairlines.com
Tickets were a 600$ for each passengers, including all fees it summed up to 1328$ for the flight trip both ways.
when trying to book, 4 different credit cards were declined stating that it was declined by the bank due to fraud.
i then called the customer service, where the representative told me the prices i see in the website are not updated??? and that the real price is 900$ per passenger not as seen at the website. i search for the same flight again and still my original price was showing. the representative kept insisting that the website is not updated, that 900$ per ticket is the price and its better i book now because it will be more expensive later.
i hung up, went back to hawaiianairlines.com after deleting cache and cookies, and to my surprize the original 1328$ was accepted. Scammers!
About 50-100 people were told tonight at Seattle that their bags were left at Honolulu airport on flight 22. There was absolutely no clear directions on what to do. It was odd as well because our flight was delayed to load more luggage on the plane but I guess everything was mishandled.
Should’ve packed using my luggage that has an AirTag in it…anyone else in the same boat or know the best way to get my luggage? The woman who worked for Hawaiian said we would need to come back to the airport to pick it up which I know is definitely wrong so coming onto Reddit for real information.
Will it have the same benefits with the free checked bag and points with miles? Im debating whether or not i should cancel my card before the year ends.
last year i took a flight to Japan in April and the tickets were $800. NOw they are $1000+ . Im not sure if this has something to do with the merger. I am second guessing if i should fly with Hawaiian now, or look at other airlines for cheaper flights.
I missed the recent elevated bonus on the HA biz. Just looking for some opinions if I should just take the 50k SUB now or wait and see if there may be an another promo through Q1 2025 to wait for.
I'm flying from sacramenta to Honolulu and then flying to Fukuoka on the same reservation, will I be able to check my big louage for free or is there a fee? Getting a lot of conflicting answers online.
Was pleasantly surprised to find WiFi on flight HA4 from HNL to LAX today!
I'm having my second interview in person tomorrow. It is a part time guest service agent position. I work a full time job. Can anyone that works for HA tell me what the process and scheduling would be like and how likely will it affect knowing I have a FT job?
Does anyone know if you get the 50% off and 100$ off companion flight within the first year?
Got the card in April 2024. Used the 50% for a flight for me and wife December 2024. Can we use the $100 off companion flight for a flight in Feb? Or do we have to wait until anniversary?
Thinking of applying for the Hawaiian Card. Just heard that I could get a promo code to help speed up the bonus. Anyone got a promo code that I could use? 🙏🏾
I have 800+ credit score, 6 figure income, $0 house payment and they need to review my application and will let me know via mail. What on planet earth? Anyone else have a similar experience? What was the result?
Anything I should know about regarding transferring Hawaiian miles to Alaska? Is it instant, is it free, any pro's or cons?
New plat here.
I cannot find any anecdotes or threads on here or flyertalk about people’s success rate with using their certs. I see posts about bid up or points upgrades or about non revs being assigned first/extended legroom at the gate.
Can anyone share their experiences with using certificates? I will be attempting to use them for SAN - HNL/OGG RT
So me and my Family have a flight from Long Beach to Honolulu airport next month and I was wondering if they give any free items like trinkets or airline pins? I remember in 2019 we took a united flight and my sister who was a 3rd grader that time made the pilots a letter thanking them and they gave us 2 airline wing pins. I was wondering if Hawaiian airlines has something like that and if they do is it possible I could ask them for one?
I am reading that maui is very expensive and many are recommending oahu. Is oahu better to visit and overall a better experience? Any other island recommendations? TIA.
Hello, I purchased an international ticket on 8 December 2023 and have made several date changes during this time due to a family situation. My flights are now scheduled for December however my latest ticket now states in fine print “NVA 12 March 2025” under both the departure and return flights. If I needed to make another change, is my ticket validity now valid up to 12 March 2025 or would the validity still only be valid up 8 December? Thanks!
Hi there - got a great fare alert from LAX-OGG for travel in a few weeks. First time I'm contemplating booking Main Cabin Basic based on the 90+ open seats still showing up on the map.
Any recent experiences getting a good seat or even extra comfort seat at the 24 hour check-in mark? I'm typically a planner and like to know my seat ahead of time and have early boarding.. but figured traveling solo with only a small bag I may take a chance to save a few bucks.
Mahalo for sharing any recent experiences!
