how to find tops which don't make me look slutty?

I'm going out on a hang out with friends, and every t-shirt i wear makes my boobs look too big, but every top i wear feels like im drawing all attention to them. i usually go full out on my hair so that they're kinda the main focus, but the clothes, i want to wear pretty clothes without people judging me. it's usually my mom, she would say "your shirt was too tight and all attention was on your chest", everytime i'd wear a cute top to any event. they are literally full covered, i cannot just remove my breasts now but i wish i could. im so stuck between what to wear and what to not, i can't even wear sizes which fit me because the chest size and body size doesn't match, idk how to deal with this situation

At my last straw trying to explain my need for reduction to my mother

I’m 23 years old and I’ve hated my boobs since middle school. I was the first to have to start wearing a real bra in my whole grade, since grade 6 I couldn’t wear anything strapless, sleeveless or backless. I’m now a influencer and a large part of my job is fashion and designers never have sample pieces that fit my boobs, I can never find luxury designers or clothes for my shoots that won’t show my bra.

On the both an easy S and M fits me but on the top it’s always an L or XL. Not only are my boobs huge they have also gotten saggy over the years from the weight and have stretch marks. I hate being just 23 with such a huge insecurity and it’s not just in my head everyone around me is always talking about how huge my boobs are or sexualising me even if I’m completely covered in a full sleeeved tshirt.

Not to mention the neck and back pain from the bra straps and I can’t do any cardio I can’t find any sports bras that can stop my boobs from jiggling lmao can’t run can’t jump it’s so embarrassing in the gym everyone looks at you like meat.

I’ve been begging my mother to understand my situation since I was 14 and I hoped as I grew up she would understand. I’m now 23 it’s just gotten worse and worse and she keeps gaslighting me by saying “you’re just ungrateful for good healthy “it’s just a mindset problem” “clothes are superficial you just want to take the easy way out”

Like this is clearly not a problem that’s in my head o feel trapped and gaslit. I’m not fat or obese like I said my bottoms are usually a size S or M so it’s not a weight issue. I just want a reduction and I’m not financially at a stage where I can afford one but my parents can.

It’s just sucks that I have to wait to save up and do this alone. I wish she would understand as she has has a large chest forever but doesn’t leave the house much so doesn’t care. Just a trapped helpless situation and so so frustrating.

Meanwhile I’m working on my research for a reduction in India, if you have any surgeon reccomendations do help a girlie out!

Breast reduction/lift

Hi everyone! Has anyone had a breast reduction and lift? Are you happy with the results? What was the experience like? How long were you out of work? How bad were the scars from the surgery?

I have a consultation next week for a reduction and lift since I am a 34 G and I cant stand it anymore. I am 50 yo and feel like they have dropped over the years. Just was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were from those who went through it.

Looking for some input for all things swimwear!

Hello everyone!

I’m in the early stages of building a sustainable swimwear brand for on women with big boobs, and am doing some research! I know first hand how challenging it can be (34JJ here lol) to find stylish, comfortable, and eco-friendly bikinis that don’t break the bank, and I’m on a mission to create products that fit well and make you feel confident and sexy, and not as an afterthought in the industry! With that in mind, I would love to hear your thoughts and have prepared a very short questionnaire you can fill out here (https://bit.ly/3A3JSIP) — it shouldn't take too long!

Or feel free to answer below! Thanks in advance 😊

  1. What band and cup size do you typically wear?
  2. What is your biggest challenge when shopping for swimwear?
  3. What features are most important to you in swimwear? (e.g. styles, affordability, sustainability, etc)
  4. What swimwear styles do you prefer?
  5. How much are you willing to spend on a quality bikini?
  6. What brands do you currently shop from for swimwear?
  7. How important is sustainability in your purchasing decisions? (Scale from 1-5, with 1 being not important and 5 being very important)

Anything else you want to share!!

Adele (EUR 75J) by the now sadly defunct Avocouture

As in the post title, here I am, wearing the Adele bra, from the Avocado / Avocouture brand that went out of business recently. And no, I don't have a hole in the netting, haha, it's just the material getting wrinkled and acting up on my smaller boob. Hope it doesn't look too bad...

The iconic brand recommendations

I have a decent amount of credit for ‘the iconic’ online store that just keeps getting renewed/refreshed whenever I try to use it up because I have to send everything right back when it doesn’t fit my bust. Does anyone know of any brands stocked by The Iconic that are bigger bust friendly?

Do yall think there's a correlation between broad shoulders/short height and generally larger mammary glands?

Personal information: 4'11" with a kind of rectangular-ish stockier build, agender (cissexual female or maybe slightly a nullsexual, to be exact). I wouldn't say I feel very dysphoric about my secondary sex characteristics, but sometimes breasts irk me because they impede my athletic performance. I very rarely wear sport bras or even regular bras cause they give me the claustrophobic feeling (let alone I don't usually prefer being clothed but I have to wear clothing). I'm unsure about the size, perhaps, within C to F range over my weight changes from 90 lbs to 120 lbs (I'm currently 100 lbs, no less no more).

My paternal aunt is roughly 5'1" with an H cup, and folks on my paternal side tend to be chubbyfaced as well no matter their body fat percentage.

Narrow shoulders + big boobs = straps that WILL NOT

Does anyone else have this problem? My bra straps ALWAYS fall off, even with bras that otherwise fit beautifully. I’ve come to the conclusion that because I have relatively narrow shoulders and my boobs are wider than my shoulders, it’s just a physics problem that can’t be overcome. I finally found bras that don’t do this (Bare Necessities Absolute Minimizer🙌🏻) but I’ve lost about 15 pounds since I bought them and now the straps are slipping off again. Anyone else? Any fixes other than buying all new bras? Which I don’t want to do because I have another 30lb to lose?

IVF and boobs

Hi all, Anyone here went through IVF? I am supposed to start the treatment soon and I am a bit nervous about the effects of the medication. Did it impact of your breast size in any way? Mine are already big enough, I don’t want them to grow more 😭

Bra sizing help

Hi! Wondering if anyone has bra sizing knowledge. I keep getting red marks and pain on my ribs underneath my bra when I sit. I have some bras without underwire but we all know that isn’t always an option. Any ideas?

Antidepressants and boobs

Has anyone else had breast growth due to antidepressants? I’m convinced Wellbutrin caused my boobs to get bigger, unfortunately. I was on a variety of different antidepressants in high school as well. If so- which ones did not cause issues for you? Hoping to go back on one but avoid anymore growth. Also, Any issues with SSRIs?

Edited to add- I’ve gotten 2 weird private messages from men since posting this. Not cool and very creepy.

New models of Panache Sports bra

I have been using Panache Sports bra for years, both wired and non-wired versions. I notice that there are now 2 new models of their sports bra, both wired but non-padded this time. I loved the support and fit of the old, padded version. Has anyone tried the new, non-padded models and can compare them to the older models?

Bras in Germany

So I just moved to Germany from Kansas, USA. It’s hard to find bras for big boobs, in the US I wear a 34-36G and most stores don’t have that size in store. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for shops that do measuring and sell bras.

Boob Support For Backless Dress

Hello! I recently ordered this dress (it hasn’t arrived yet), but I don’t have a bra that is both strapless and doesn’t wrap fully around the chest. As you can see in the photo, the dress has a backless design and an underboob cutout. If anyone has recommendations, please let me know! (Preferably nothing sticky or that could damage nipple piercings)

What are yall wearing for Halloween this year?

I'm feeling uninspired and I feel like this community will have some good ideas that understand my plight. Bonus points if it involves a corset!

How does shapewear work?

I've gained a little weight and can see my bra lines through my tshirts. My mom is deeply upset about this but I've chosen to believe it's just a part of being human. But now I'm making a cute Halloween costume out of a very thin stretch knit and I'd love for the back to be smooth. Can anyone recommend something? Perhaps even something not too expensive and that'll let me wear my normal bra?

i just used the calculator by the auto mod

what in the world. i could have sworn i was a 42 DD or 42 DDD. it says I’m a 40I as in i—the letter before J…. it makes sense. I’m not small. but nothing about me is small. I’m 5’11” (180 cm) and my hips are so big I’m a pear shape… lol my mom and sister used to make fun of my small chest…. they are both Js… sigh. i guess i need to figure out what to do with all of these bras

Gender dysphoria and large chest.

I'm nonbinary, but I have a very large chest. I don't know my size, because I've never actually been measured (probably not great for a 21 y/o, but I hate acknowledging them more than absolutely necessary). I want top surgery, but I need a valid reason (aside from absolutely hating them) before my insurance can cover it. They make me feel so nasty, and I already have other health issues that are causing serious problems. Sorry for complaining, but it's just nice to rant about it for a second.

My favorite Bra just died on me

I've been wearing this bra for about 1.5 years, and it finally broke, the brand was vanity fair from Kohls and gave adequate support but the clasp in the back just wasn't strong enough. Anybody have a brand that they swear by for strength of the clasps in the back. I also like a lot of coverage in the back as I am plus size, and those rolls don't lie let me tell you. I am a 38DDD AKA a 38F in Europe. I've tried sister sizing, but I've found that if I don't get a DDD no matter how large the band size it just doesn't fit quite right. I'm officially down to one bra now and if that breaks, I'm really screwed. I'd rather not have to sell a kidney to get a new bra but if it has to be, then so be it. Also, has anybody tried cakes nipple covers? I heard they're supposed to stick to you and your clothes and my roommate loves them but she's only a C so I wonder if they work for the big titty committee?

Out of breath

Is anyone else constantly out of breath?

I’m constantly having a feeling of being unable to breathe, or a nausea that feels like I ate too much too fast, except it’s not coming from doing cardio or workouts. It’s from my chest sitting on my ribs, with such a heavy weight, not only weighing down my posture, but putting pressure on my lungs and stomach too.

I struggle with food, so I don’t eat a lot. When I do get to eating, I instantly start feeling nauseous like I’m eating way too much and too fast, cuz it feels like there’s not enough room in my stomach, despite only having one bite. I had this experience just now, when I got reminded I should lift my chest.

I don’t like wearing bras, as I instantly experience irritation and pain around my chest when wearing wires, and wireless bras with actual support don’t exist in my size. And as my chest very much reaches my belly button, wired bras don’t do what I need them to do.

When I lift my chest, I instantly feel a sense of relief and being able to breathe, and I’m able to eat a bit more, not a little, but at least a little.

I just wanna know, I’m guessing this is universal.

Trying to avoid a reduction…

hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lose weight in my chest. Everyone keeps recommending surgery but #1, kinda nervous to go under the knife and #2, I feel like they would grow back pretty fast since big breasts run in my family.

Google tells me that exercise alone wont reduce weight in my chest so im kinda lost lol

Shecurve

Has anyone bought a shecurve bra recently? All my reel ads are this bra and it looks so nice with the large band I just don’t know if it’s a scam. I see it under “shapedly” too.
