I was told to use Acnecide and was warned that it would burn and be uncomfortable. My instructions were to apply more and more gradually as my skin got used to it.
It doesn't feel like it burns at all. What does that say about my skin type?
Its been there for 3 years.
Does anyone have an idea what this on my thumb is ive had them popping up everywhere now.

Thank you guys for pointing me out about insulin resistance, i consulted a diabetologist and showed him my skin and asked for insulin tests, he had me test such as fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar, insulin fasting , HbA1c , complete blood count and in result everything turns out to be completely normal ….
Now doctor had recommended me frey-mets tablets to continue in morning before breakfast for 1 month and to wait and watch results…
But i doubt it alone will help me to get off black things over my skin … !! Please can Any one suggest me any routine for faster results ???
[Product Routine] M39, Unclear case: eczema/candida.
I recently stopped a treatment with combination of antifungal and steroid (cortisol) cream. Skin got really thin and irritated after nearly three weeks. Will continue for a week with 1% clotrimazol according to doc. To repair skin barrier, which products (or combination) would you use and when, ie only mornings/before bed or multiple times a day:
Bepanthen Sensiderm (dexpanthenol)
Eucerin Urea 10%
La Roche Posay Lipikar A+P Baume
My nose gets so extremely oily after just some hour with skincare and makeup. I use claymasks and it feels like its working but its still oily.
What is it?
Or if you personally knew someone who used it, I don't mind it being a secondhand story, I'm just curious and want to hear from people about it and not just a commercial trying to sell.
Hi all!
Heres my skincare routine formulated to address my main skincare concerns: redness (I have keratosis pilaris on my face as well as body), texture and dry lines/signs of aging.
I have already been downsizing it quite a bit and I think Im now happy with the final results. Although I would appreciate any criticism or validation, as Im still kind of new to applying "skin care theory" (lol). Thanks!

I work in construction, and most of my work is outside working on roofs of buildings. I have two things that I need help. First is about my fingers. Because I work with my hands, the skin around my nails tends to get dried out and crack which sometimes leads to bleeding. I do wear gloves so I don't know if it helps or hurts the problem. Is there any cream out there that I could use that could help this, but also not be too greasy. I have used typical hand creams, and they don't work for me.
Second is about my face, and mainly around my cheek bones. For about the last two months, I have noticed that the skin around my cheek bones look like I have sunburn or windburn. I do get this when I am outside, but these last few months I have not been working outside. I have been using some face cream that my wife uses, but it is not helping. It is not rosacea or eczema because I know what they look like. I don't have any pictures, but it does look just like sunburn. Any recommendations on what I can use to help with it.
last week i got my wisdom teeth taken out and i was prescribed a weeks worth of amoxicillin. today is my last day on it and the difference in my skin is almost scary. i had horrible patchy, raised bumps on my cheeks and chin that would not go away no matter how many chemical exfoliators or treatments i would use and today it’s virtually gone. my skin is definitely drier but the texture is smooth and even, the best it’s been in years. for reference my texture bumps are at their worst a few days after derma planing. what does this mean? and what do i do/use to make sure the texture bumps don’t come back after i finish my antibiotics?
