Due to the lack of coverage at the front, when i grow it out my face always start to look very wide. I have tried trimming the side a little, but again due to having less coverage on the front im not left with much beard! Could anyone suggest a style/photos of something that I could aim for? Im thinking a ducktail style could work, if i grew it out enough?
So, I'm new to facial hair and managing it properly. I have a decent amount and recently I've been wanting to groom it properly. So I've started shaving clean off the excess growth that's sort of around my eye area and other random straglers over the cheek line. But the neck beard, is giving me a real hard time.. I've watched countless videos and read so many things about how to shape it but I'm still clueless when it comes to doing it on myself. I just have for the first time clean shaved that area and left the rest of my face. And I'm finding that I despise that harsh line.. Like, a lot. So I don't think I will ever do this again, that clean look just doesn't suit me. I think maybe I need some stubble there to some extent. But is that acceptable? Say, if I shave the bulk of my face down to an 8 but then shave that neck beard line down to a 4/2? Would that be acceptable or be weird? And also, if anyone has any genuine tips on where I should shave up to properly on my neck then please do let me know, cause I'm really having trouble with figuring that out.
It’s a windy Wednesday
The only time we have to wear a mask is when we go to treatment floors. Thankfully I found new beard oil that cuts down the itch. I’ve been struggling with the dry itch but so far so good!
Can someone tell me why I have the dark spot near my goatee area? The hair seems to grow faster than the rest and when I shave my face I just have a dark spot on my face :/ any advice helps
I feel pretty ok about my beard but I don't like my moustache. I've felt a strong impulse to shave it all off lately, might give in once I hit the year mark in July.
Excuse the pose in the first pic. Sent to my gf. Had it long for a couple years and I was curious what it looked like short, now I’m sad. Face looks way too round now and my weak jawline/chin is exposed lmao.
Once it grows back I want to shape the sides a little better, any advice? Was looking a little crazy puffing out.
I'm starting to become paranoid and suspecting that my beard may be a negative when interviewing. I keep it clean and short.
Do you think it's a negative? I'm in marketing which is a women heavy field and I know some women (and probably men too!) hold stereotypes of men with beards.
It’s a few inches shy of the longest it’s been at the moment.
I’ve heard it’s around 55, is that correct?
