Hello! My boyfriend has long, very fine (not thin!) hair and doesn't know how to style it. I want to get him a starter pack of products for Christmas so he can try a few different things, or a specific routine. He told me that no pomade or clay has ever worked/held his hair in place for very long. Unfortunately I'm not sure what brands/products he's tried in the past.
What do y'all think he needs? Can you suggest a routine? Pomade vs clay? Saltwater spray? Special shampoo/conditioners? What (affordable) brands are your go-to? Thanks so much for any help!
TLDR: Need recommendations of products/hair routine for a guy with fine, not thin, hair.
every time i shave ⬇️ i always get ingrown hairs and red spots. i clean it well everytime i shower which is daily. i don’t understand how to prevent this?
I have used OneBlade and it works perfectly on my face (facial hair doesn't grow very long or thick compared to my groin).
For my groin (lots of long and thick hair) it tugs and rips my hair each time I trim it and it is painful/sensitive for a week after.
Should I be dry shaving my groin? Or should I instead be wetting the hair and using shaving gel/cream like I do when shaving my face? What are your tips for trimming the long hair to a short length (don't want it bald)?
Can you recommend a trimmer? Maybe I should use a corded Wahl hair clipper to trim it?
Men who have short hair that use flat irons. My hair is stick straight. I am wanting to purchase a flat iron to add texture. Any recommendations?
Question for the big bros with big heads and big bodies that line up and shape up their own beards. What is the best self-guide tool or self-line-up tool for a guy with a big head and a big body who likes to keep his beard looking clean at all times without having to go to the barbershop? What techniques are you guys using to make sure your line stays perfect and crisp? Do you use a straight razor or do you use a regular shaving razor? How do you get your neck line shaped up perfectly?
Looking for some advice. I'm finally going to get my grandfather's signant ring repaired and resized, to be honest I'm not sure how that's going to go. He had much smaller hands than I do and they might need to melt the ring totally and add it to more gold to make it big enough to fit me.
I want to wear it occasionally since we shared the first initial on the ring. I already have a wedding ring. What finger on which hand should I wear it on?
If it matters at all for context, I have very large hands and never wear anything but my wedding ring right now.
Anything I can be better at?
Hi,
I am wondering what makes men’s eyebrow care go from still looking “masculine” to “over manicured” and “feminine”
Obviously all Hollywood masculine men have their eyebrows done before going on the red carpet and none of them look over manicured
What can I do to improve my eyebrows but not step over into “over manicured”
Thankyou
Tl;dr I want to get a hair transplant in Turkey, so how do I choose the best place?
I’m in my twenties and my hair is thinning; enough to the point that because of the industry I work in I am starting to lose job opportunities because of it. Because of all the typical adult things like rent and car payments I can’t afford to pay upwards of $10k (converted to USD) for local treatment, and at the same time I’m losing work because of it, so I feel like Turkey is my only affordable option.
I saw a local specialist who said that I would be a good candidate for a transplant and walked me through some of the things to know prior to a transplant (i.e. getting FUE instead of FUT), but I was wondering what other important things I need to be aware of about choosing a company in Turkey so I don’t end up just throwing money down the drain.
My main concerns are finding somewhere that:
· Won’t take my money and run
· is safe, reputable, and hopefully affordable
· doesn’t do perfectly straight and artificial-looking hairlines
· has a good track-record with post-op care for proper recovery
I see packages with glamorous ad-ons like 5-star hotels, VIP chaperones and translators, but quite frankly I would sleep on the street if it meant I got a better-quality procedure. Knowing what dangers to look out for and how to not be blinded by the exciting extra services is really important and I would love to know if anyone has any personal advice or links to resources where I might be able to do my own research.
Thanks!!
I started NoFap journey in order to work on my self-esteem and overall well being. It has been part of my daily life since childhood and now i no longer want it to have control of my life. I'm wondering if it will ruin my process if i have my friend over to fuck, will this dopamine control fail if i'm together with her?
