What size TV for my living room? Current TV is 43”

Currently thinking of getting a new TV but can’t decide on 55” or 65”. My current TV is 43” and I sit about 8’ - 8.5’ away from the TV.

Made a post ages ago about what I should do with this place and I took a lot of the advice. Ditched the pool table, made a table from a pallet and got a projector. Anything else I should do? (There’s a mess because we are using it now and my mate threw up in the bin so we don’t have one no more )

Male, 24, redesigning bedroom post breakup. Need help

Redesigning my bedroom after a breakup. All the furniture was my ex's and will be going. Curtains are chocolate brown (staying) and kind of wanted olive green duvet/comforter with light tan to off white sheets.

Thoughts? Blank slate and no idea what direction to go. Lots of browns (carpet, walls, curtains)
