Follow up question to a thread about worst city in Iowa. Best city can’t be Iowa City, prove me wrong, or right

I moved counties earlier this year and fell on hard times and was not able to switch my registration to the new county. Now my registration with the old county needs renewed and I need to switch counties, do I need to renew with the current county then switch counties or can I just switch counties and pay once for the 'new' registration? The DOT websites for both the old and new county don't explain this at all, only if you're moving state to state from what I found.

can you confirm if they are/aren't so i know if that's the reason i can't find them, or if i need to be looking at potential tech issues. thanks!

Monday Feb 3 around 2:35 PM I called Grassley’s office and got a staffer who argued with me about the actions EM has been taking in taking over our government. The woman stated “that’s not true”. I responded that reliable sources have reported these actions. She repeated that it wasn’t true. When I asked her to point me to reliable sources that reported how this information was not true, she said “I don’t have to”. I asked why she was arguing with me as I am a constituent. She hung up on me.

Hello. I am planning to leave my IPERS job in May. I have 19.5 years in already, but I’m a long way from retirement. I was told that if I work a day a quarter, that I can continue to gain IPERS as if I never left. I do not want to roll it over or just let it sit. Can someone better versed than me tell me if there is any truth to the working a day a quarter deal? I hope to sub or work part-time at the library, something, but I need to get out of education full-time. I have something hopefully lined up and will be collecting a different pension when I start the new job. Thanks!

Elon Musk and his unvetted crew now have access to the PII of you, your spouse, children, parents, grandparents, in-laws, brothers and sisters. This is wrong on every single level, professionally, morally and ethically. This is in our history the largest and most brazen breach of our citizens PII. The possibility of theft is beyond anything we have ever seen.

I contacted them via email and told them that I want refund and I want cancel my subscription despite I haven’t subscribed to any thing. And then they responded to me saying we will refund you by 72h and we will cancel your subscription. They transferred $1 and I’m waiting for the rest of my rights.
