Dan has traveled the country, has his comedy Special, has been on Dry Bar Comedy, performed in multiple Comedy Festivals, and will be here in Siouxland at Jefferson Beer Supply! Koerner is a rising star in the Sioux Falls scene who has won their monthly contest of funniest comic many times. Drew Jr is a very funny and high-energy comic who has performed across the country including clubs like Acme in Is Minneapolis!

And if you haven't been to Jefferson Beer Supply yet, this is a great time to come on out and try out one of their great craft beers in an amazing room that we love performing in!

From stand-up to improv, Jeremy Plumb has mastered the art of being the semi-professional clown. Jeremy started his stand-up career in Omaha nearly 9 years ago, quickly became a crowd favorite, and has now performed in 11 states across the country. Jeremy continues to bring his self-deprecating, yet whimsical, humor to crowds large and small.

In 2023, Jeremy was featured on the Sno Jam Comedy Festival, Laugh Out Loveland Comedy Festival, and World Series of Comedy. Jeremy was also a returning talent on the Omaha Fringe Festival in both 2021 and 2022. He has been featured on local television shows including "Oma-Ha comedy show" and "Dungeons of Aksarben", the latter of which he produced and directed. Jeremy was the winner of the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards 2022 "Outstanding Comedy Ensemble of the Year" for his role in the improv troupe, Big Canvas Comedy. Jeremy has also expanded his skills as a producer and show creator as the Artistic Director of the Blackstone Theater.

Noe is a raising star in Omaha Comedy scene and has preformed at the Funnybone regularly!

We are moving into Lake Forest Mobile Home Community at the end of the month. I am looking for a vet for vaccinations I am considering Family Pet Perry Creek because of their monthly plan and I could then get my cats actual health care to ensure they're healthy.

I am also looking for cat grooming because I refuse to let them scratch up my new house like they did my old house. From my research keeping their nails trimmed will mean they won't scratch things up. If anyone knows of a groomer that will actually apply the nail caps then I would love to go to them for that to ensure there's no destructive scratching.

I appreciate your recommendations.

i recently got my old toy trains out and most of the electric ones stopped working after being in storage for 10 years, anyone know a place that could repair them?

I collect toys like monster high dolls Care Bears Garfield and other interesting toys and dolls and tons more and I need to find some spots to find them

Jitters donuts downtown got a new location, at 130 Nebraska, in the bottom floor of the Floyd River Flats apartment building, and they have their own separate entrance so it doesn't feel like you're going into someone else's apartment complex (I bet it's fun for the people who do live there though and there was a second door that I'm guessing leads to the apartment complex!) They actually just opened at the new place yesterday (5/7) and I went and bought some donuts and checked it out with my kids, and I really like it. It feels a little bigger than the old space, and the donuts tasted like they always do (AKA amazing!) and they brought the cute paper cranes and the board game cupboard and all their vintage signage over, so I think overall it's going to be a good move.

So quick backstory: I (40f)got laid off middle of April and I can't find a job. I've applied for over 80 jobs on Indeed and have gotten 4 interviews and no job. I'm on the verge of losing my house and car. I'm stressed out and about to give up. It's so depressing. I did some agricultural type work and I've done insulation.

Right now, I'll take any advice or recommendations to help get a job! Thank you!

Speaking as a middle aged woman. I know at this age it gets harder to meet someone decent. But this is ridiculous.

Where are the Meetup groups? There are none that I can see. The dating apps are trash. It seems most of the men on there are married...and the single men seem to be on some sort of substance(s).

This Saturday we are having a Stand-Up comedy show at Marty's Tap on court st. This will be a Free show, where all we ask is for a free will donation that will be donated to a chairty to help with the relief from the Tornados This last week. On the show will be TR Risk from Sioux Falls and John Sigmund, Gerred Whitlock, & Logan Hartnett from Sioux City!

The venue and comics are all giving there time to help us give back to the community. It is this Saturday May 4th at 8pm

Saturday in the Park organizers announced the headliners and a few other performers for this year's summer event.

Headlining the main stage is Bleachers, led by eleven-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician and producer Jack Antonoff.

Speaking about the Bleachers, SITP co-founder Bernstein said it is a big get.

“It is very unique that an artist that is sold out at Red Rocks [in Colorado] in May at 10,000 seats probably averaging $60-$70 [a ticket] plays here for free a month or two later. And that only happens with the support of our sponsors,” he said.

Twista will be the headliner on the Abe Stage.

I have a dog who is about 9 months old and is a small breed. I want to sign him up for classes now that I will have some extra help to take him. Who/where would you recommend in the area? He knows basics like sit, lay, paw, spin, kennel, and wait. He chooses when he wants to listen (which is really when you have food in your hand) so we need to solidify those basics and also would love to work on leash training, barking, and biting. Please let me know your recommendations and who you had as a trainer? TIA

Carmela Anderson is a regular Headliner down in Omaha, Leavitt is a raising Star in Omaha as well and is traveling through out the country try again this year, with a stop in Sioux City!

Hello! My name is Alex (they/them, 27) and I'm currently looking for a game to join. I'm pretty new (my only experience being a couple podcasts and arguably too much Baulders Gate 3 as well as creating a few character sheets.) Hoping to join a weekend game as I have an 8-5 weekday job. I live in LeMars but am willing to travel or play online.

My eldest brother got married to a horrible person. She was pregnant with their first child and right away after he was born we knew it wasn’t his. But because he is a good person he stuck around and believed otherwise. Many years later, they have 5 kids. She has not worked much and had weight loss surgery last year. She has been cheating from the start but is very manipulative that she has my brother wrapped around her finger and scared to do anything. He fears she will take the kids and everything. Even though she doesn’t work, she has manipulated him financially and emotionally. Due to the surgery and weight loss. She spends hours on end at the “gym”. She no longer takes care of the kids and doesn’t bother to cook at all. I would like to see about getting an investigator to gather information on her for the day she decides to royally screw my brother. This would be done without his knowledge because I fear she will find out and use it against him. Has anyone hired an investigator and how much did you end up spending? We can’t take pictures as evidence since now that she was confronted via one of our other sister, she has been avoiding us completely.

TLDR: sister in law is a cheater and we want to gather evidence via a private investigator.

Marto Brewing Co. appears to be inferior to Texas Roadhouse. Let me explain. I’ve pondered in deep thought about that statement. Contrary opinions welcome but not validated.

Smell of Money (Specifically Citra) is Marto’s crown jewel. Although hops are expensive, not for my deep pockets. I love the smell of money.

The pretzel bites are a delightful preclude to the savory description of the Steak Diablo “wood-fired” pasta. Only to be disappointed by the semi-jerky style CAB steak. Unlike the size of the Calabrian pepper, and more like the spice level of middle of the scale.

Go for the beer, skip the steak.

I got a box full of art supplies (sketchbooks, few paint bottles, brushes, etc.) and I was wondering where’s a good place to donate them that isn’t Goodwill or Salvation Army.
