Daily discussion thread for Knicks fans.
Hi All,
This is our weekly thread for ALL ticket sales and want to buys. If you also want to discuss local bars/watch parties etc., feel free to chat about it in here.
PLEASE do not post individual threads for your ticket sales, they will be deleted.
Best of luck to all, and of course please use common sense and do your due diligence on who you send your money to!
2.75 SPG and 2.5 BPG. DPOY. One of the few bright spots defensively along with Hart, hopefully it’ll look better with Mitch.
The advanced numbers probably don't back up this argument, but why are we still playing Sims over Hukporti?
Hukporti, in his limited minutes, hasn't been great, but he's at least shown some flashes. I haven't watched the Knicks nearly long enough, but Jericho Sims doesn't seem to be going anywhere in terms of progress. He's in his 4th season, and this seems to be doing nothing beneficial.
Both of them are net negatives on the court, and yes Hukporti is slightly worse, but he's a rookie. Giving him an extended run and developing him as a backup 5 when Mitch Rob returns provides us with a 7-foot above-average rim defender.
Plenty of rookies are playing key roles on major contenders, so why can't we develop at least 1 of our 3 to do the same?
During parts of last night's game Knicks look clueless. Missing KaT & Cam yes but wow . Tired? Unfocused? What happened? During the season Sims started to show progress but clearly has limitations. Its 4 vs 5 Offensely when he is on the floor. As a team their defense last night was horrid.
BIG EDIT; FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT SEE, POSSIBLY BECAUSE YOU CANT HELP BEING BLIND. THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS DOOMERS NO ENTRY. GO TO THE PACERS SUB IF I WANNA DOOM ON KNICKS.
u doomers need therapy and help. Stop manifesting and bringing your negativity to every space. Some of y'all negative emotions are giving off vibes that you support other teams you just wanna make this space negative for actual fans.
Last night lose isn't the worst thing ever, but looking at this sub you'd think we got blown out in the NBA championship. Jfc.
It's an early December game.
Precious is just getting back in and jelling w the team. Og is a big man but wo KAT the reliance is heavy on OG and precious. OG got that dawg in him.
KAT was out.
Brunson slightly injured probably not trying to get himself hurt and out for ten games.
We did some dumb moves. Which great anything dumb we do is a learning opportunity when thibs makes the team watch tapes. I'd rather be having loses like this where we try and come back then absolute blow outs weeks before playoffs.
We are contenders despite what the doomers say. If ur not a real fan just go watch a bandwagon fandom that's been dominating.
Hello everyone, I'm from Italy and I'm looking to buy tickets for a Knicks game. I'm trying to decide between two seats: section 211, row 6, or section 104, row 19. Which one would you recommend? I'm also keen on being able to get close to the court to watch the pre-game warm-ups. Thanks for your input!

Apologies if this was posted and I missed it, but in light of tonight's effort, I wanted to share what Chris Herring had to say about Mikal being targeted on defense, which definitely looked to be the case tonight.
"When he is screened, and when teams make contact on him on a screen, that essentially they're scoring at the highest rate in the league on the Knicks when he is the man being screened."
I can't find the actual stat to back it up, and his "in the league on the Knicks" line is a bit clunky, but the point is that rather than being a defensive stopper, he's actually a weak link teams are attacking. Windy confirms that later. Maybe things work better when Mitch is around, but his defense continues to be shockingly bad compared to his reputation.
They also take about him shying away from contact on offense, with him being among the league leaders in fadeaways and his lack of free throws.

💩 Stinker from start to end without KAT.

Fugly win but a win.

OVER 500!!!
Game 12 --- BKN W 124-122 --- Record: 6-6
Relieved Jalen and Mikal come through in the end. OG vs scumbag DFS. Satisfying Hukporti minutes (finally).
Game 11 --- CHI L 123-124 --- Record: 5-6
Depression turns to hope turns to Hartbreak. Disappointing loss after KAT erases a 20-point deficit.
Game 10 --- PHI W 111-99 --- Record: 5-5
Satisfying win. Over the Sixers. Time to start the OG All-Star propaganda.
Game 09 --- IND L 121-132 --- Record: 4-5
Exhausted. Brutal 4th quarter collapse.
Game 08 --- MIL W 116-94 --- Record: 4-4

The KAT game - 44pts.
Game 03 --- CLE L 110-104 --- Record: 1-2
Towns and Brunson 1-5 from three. Not each. Combined.
Game 02 --- IND W 123-98 --- Record: 1-1
Bridges and KAT doubters are real quiet right now. Almost as quiet as Haliburton at MSG.
Game 01 --- BOS L 109-132 --- Record: 0-1
Nobody hits 30 threes on the Knicks! Deuce for 6 moty.

They were interviewing him during the game in the first quarter and asked him about him being the last Knicks player to average 13 boards a game before Towns. They then asked him if he’s been watching the team this year and he says that he watched the playoffs last year and loved it but he’s been Googling box scores this year because he doesn’t get the games in Ohio.
Can someone please buy this man a Roku stick and get him an NBA League pass?
Seriously, if I can get a mailing address for him I will order him a Roku stick on Amazon and will share my NBA League Pass login in.
It’s a disgrace that the Knicks organization can’t hook him up.
They’re at almost every game, any reason they weren’t included?
