JB was the perfect coach to change the culture and got the team to galvanize and care about winning, mostly playing defense. He is the perfect coach to raise a team out of pure poverty, but had a hard ceiling when it comes to actual adjustments, rotations, plays, etc., for the next level. It also makes perfect sense why Detroit nabbed him, he's going to do the same exact thing there and they will have to replace him years down the line when they elevate.

This is exactly what was missing last year. They are mixing Offense/Defense perfectly. Just look at the box score. Any given night a player will ball out. Smart basketball is happening.

I watched the Lakers postgame show so you wouldn't have to lol. Although I recommend checking it out. They raved about the Cavs. James Worthy went on and on and suggested the Cavs could have the guy coaching the All-Star team. Some dude said the Cavs could give Boston a run in the East. They talked about us having possibly 4 All-Stars. Then talked for awhile about how good the 2 young bigs were. If no one ever let'em know I guess they sure found out tonight.

With the Boston Celtics losing 135-132 in overtime against the Pacers, the Cleveland Cavaliers are officially the first seed in the East. They are also the first seed in the NBA, as the Thunder have only played three games so far. Thanks Pacers, knew you had it in you.

I’m technically “in market” even though I live 5 hrs away so blocked on NBA tv. I have YouTube tv at home.

Who is old enough to remember this? When the Cavs would score 100 points at home, you took your ticket to Taco Bell the next day and got a free taco. Back then it seemed like the greatest deal ever.

Last year everyone got $2 nugget order from McDonald’s if they scored 100 and you have the app.

Now it’s a $2 large fry and if they score 120 the fry is free. I don’t know why this one seems so much worse / lamer of a deal.
