Because they're adorable too.

For adorable invertebrates.

This is a no-nope zone. No "kill it with fire" here.

All adorable invertebrates welcome from all taxa (except Vertebrata)! Greenbottle Blue Name Suggestions!

Got a new sweet little Greenbottle Blue tarantula! I work at a major university in the entomology library and they are going to be on display there! I've asked my students for name suggestions but thought I'd reach out here too. Can't wait to show yall their fancy new enclosure when it's all set up!

A honey bee filmed last autumn in Scotland. Was resting outside on my window and I filmed it from inside looking out through the glass.

    Uloborus plumipes

I think is a female since the only notable difference in males and females is the palps and males are way more rare than females.

Uloboridae are a family of spiders that do not posses any venom at all and instead they wrap their prey thoroughly in silk, cover it in regurgutated digestive enzymes and then ingest the liquified body.

Is this female woodland jumping spider (Evarcha falcata) with a missing leg "aww" enough for this sub?

Got into macro photography, and when I saw the result of this shot I audibly "awwww"-ed and knew I belonged here. Tiny ladybug under a thistle

Another video of springtails I filmed in a forest in Scotland a few days ago. I believe the first shot is elongate springtail and the second one is globular springtail, but not sure about the others. They were really small, most probably less than or around 1mm in length.
