Championship fix

Kelce’s catch touched the ground. They almost showed it right before the break. You could see the ball move and they cut straightaway. I’m telling you. Baltimore is going to have to be Remember the Titans to win!

Who do you start at WR2 for week 1

They both play each other’s respective teams week 1, and I can’t decide who I think will get more points for my fantasy league (no return points applied)

Why was a Shalieve poster up before Ryan Shazier’s injury?

For those of y’all that don’t, on December 4th on Monday Night Football between the Steelers and bengals, Steelers pro bowl linebacker Ryan Shazier suffered a traumatic and potentially life changing injury when making a routine tackle. He suffered a spinal contusion (or concussion?) and was paralyzed from the waist down. He aspired after this to get back to the field and continue his career. This didn’t happen as he retired in march of 2020 from football but he was able to make a miraculous recovery and was able to dance at his wedding, walk across the stage to announce the Steelers first round draft pick the next year and as far as I know lives a fully functioning life with his children and wife. But, years back when I was watching highlights for this season I somehow saw something that caught my eye. After Shazier was injured, a social media and charity campaign was “started” called “we shalieve”. But a week prior to this when the Steelers played the packers on Sunday night football, after an interception by Damarious Randall, which was originally thought to be a pick six, you see Randal running towards the back of the end zone, where u see a banner that clearly says “we shalieve” on it. This always confused me for the longest time and I’m just wondering if anyone has an explanation for this (like this was a charity Shazier was doing) or if this will just be something that no one knows about but will remain a mystery to those like me that do.

AFC north QB wins against division foes

Here are some interesting stats for the 4 starting QBs for the AFCN. These are based on starts by the QBs in the regular season against their AFC North foes. Watson's stats include when he was with the Texans. How many of you are surprised by the numbers?

AFC North QB wins

My take: Looks like Lamar has work to do against Pittsburgh (are we surprised?). Burrow has work to do against the Browns??? This might not be the best division for Watson and just too early for Pickett. Thoughts??

Try the new tactical card game Scrimmage Heroes (we really need your feedback)

Hey!

The developers of the football tactical card game Scrimmage Heroes are in touch. We recently completed a demo-version of the game and want to get feedback from a live audience.

Formations, players, play actions

It is important that Scrimmage Heroes is an indie project. We don't have huge game studios or sports leagues behind us. We are a team of football fans who make a game for guys and gals like us.

Here is the link to the demo-version of our game: https://nfl-us-client-h3kzsoiioa-uk.a.run.app/
Now the game opens correctly only on the computer, but the mobile version will work soon.

Tactics really matter

Some information about the game:

Two players take turns managing the defense and offense of their teams. The tactical arsenal has a 16 players deck, a choice of formations, plays and covers. The offense is trying to score a touchdown, the defense is trying to stop it. Everything is like on a regular football match. The winner will be the one whose sports intuition and tactical skills are higher.

Player choice is the key to success

The attached media shows what kind of game Scrimmage Heroes will be in the near future. Right now we rigorously work on the design of interfaces and game cards. Very soon the outlook of the game will be updated!
