If so, for how long?
Can u guys help me name out with list of prominent writers who have never written a Superman story but spoke about their love for him as a statement or as a Forward in Comics
One example I know is RAY BRADBURY who spoke about him in Superman #400. Thanks in advance
The series had a great ending, but if Superman and Lois got a Season 5 comic, similar to Smallville Season 11, or a spin-off comic what do you want to see?
i whould think this is a great idea because sadly superman and lois just ended so we should have a sequal called John&Jordan
A worthy follow up to the best superhero movie ever made
But I feel there's a load of Easter eggs I missed
Everyone sees the goonies but what other little gems are hidden in there?
I spotted shaggy and Richard pryer too
There must be more
I feel like some stuff should be wrapped up before and we should have some stuff happen (like making Jon a cool character again and giving Kon something to do) but honestly I’d love for Jon to become a big brother.
Dc
My dad tried to convince my mom to name me “Zor el” as a baby, my mom obviously refused and settled for “zoella” 😭 I wish I was called “zor el”
Can you spot all the inaccuracies?
I would personally like to see what Jonathan Hickman could do with the character.
I'm somewhat new to comics and want to know what current Superman comic is worth subscribing to (Action Comics, Superman, Worlds Finest, etc.)? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Just as the titles states, please. I'm looking for something with twists and turns.
Matt Reeves' films in his Crime Family Saga have all been astounding. I know James Gunn would not allow another Superman while filming his Superman film for the DCU but if Matt got the go-ahead to do a Superman film set in his universe I wonder how he would approach it. As the universe is mean't to be a grounded world.
My pitch: The Shawshank Redemption with Flashpoint Superman. Imagine an Alien baby travels and lands into field in Kansas, but instead of landed safely, it crash-lands and caused a meteoric impact. The government seals that place off and it becomes an Area 51 like location. Superman grows up in captivity, he's never seen the sun, and he grows up with other meta-humans, this place is like a containment city, he's been told that he carries an alien pathogen and that sunlight triggers its reaction. We then follow him as he plans his escape, and he eventually does. In the end he reaches the surface and jumps off the top, only to fly. This story is as grounded as you can get with superman, not a lot of superpowers.
It's been well reported that All-Star Superman and Birthright are major inspirations for the new Superman movie. What runs do you think they should take inspiration from for the sequel?
I desperately want to see For the Man Who Has Everything adapted into live action. It's one of my favorite Man of Steel stories ever written, and I think if done well could be an absolute tear jerker.
Mongul would also make a great villain that we've never seen before. I think Dave Bautista could be a great choice for the character, as well.
