Nickelodeon nostalgia from before the Spongebob era!
a subreddit for the retro Nickelodeon stuff, (1979-2000).
1. keep posts on-topic, or relevant to the pre-Y2K Nickelodeon.
We love Nickelodeon, but the sub wants it retro. We have subs such as /r/CableTV_Memories if you need a sub for TV nostalgia that's on a different network than Nickelodeon, and we also have /r/TruckStopBathroom if it's anything else that doesn't belong there either
We want you keep posts on topic, but at the same time we don't wanna discourage you from posting on Reddit as a whole.
2. don't be a Budnick!
or, in other words, don't be an asshole in adult talk.
3. NO NSFW CONTENT!
Nickelodeon was always meant to be family-friendly!
4. look at the New Reddit layout for additional explanation of the rules.
Thought I'd add this part so users of old.reddit.com don't miss out on the rules seen on New Reddit.

This might have been the first time I’ve seen someone doing magic tricks and it blew my mind.
I'm trying to remember a live action show that had a Creepy Halloween type episode. Time is late 90s and early 2000s.
I didn't watch the other live action shows on at the time. And this was before Ned's Declassified.
It may have been part of The Amanda Show.
"Teens" in a school when their fellow classmates start going missing or winding up dead. The killer apparently was using shears as the weapon.
At one point some Teens hide in a janitor's closet and think he is the killer. Only for his corpse to slowly move down the hall in front of them like it's on a clothesline that someone is pulling in.
I think the episode(?) ends with several wake up jump scares one of which is the principal of the school imagining all the Teens being well behaved before waking up and finding things back to normal. He then stabs his book with the shears.
Edit: Answer Found: it was Boy Meets World episode “And Then There Was Shawn".
I was thinking it was a Nickelodeon production.
That way they can show more episodes of Kablam.
Just in time for the election
Simple poll/discussion. Which of the main 3 ladies would you most like to hang out with and/or date?
