Wacky Delly was my favorite episode, not just of Rocko, but out of all of the Nicktoons! I would always look at the tv listing in TV Guide, or online, so that I would always know when it would be on next.

Was the episode actually universally loved? Or was this just me?

I purchased this poster at the thrift store a few months ago. Noticed it's signed and numbered. But the amount of available info out there is nothing. I found one for sale in ebay for $2500.00 and it's not signed. Also one video of an unboxing on YouTube. That's it..
