I’m already planning on taking BIEB 121 but I need one more lab to take to complete the lab requirement. Should I take BIMM 101, BIMM 121, or BIMM 143 ? There’s also BIEB 159 which I find interesting but it looks like it’s a new class so there’s no reviews about it.
Prof doesn’t want to project his writing with an iPad so he writes hella small on the board in the Jeannie, lecture notes on canvas are full of typos and don’t make sense, and these problem sets are a load of BARNACLES. Wtf is even going on ? Feels like such a waste of time

Where is the support for the immigrant community? We’re in the middle of midterms but we can still show support for our fellow students. Other universities are showing their support but here it’s quiet.

Parking at this university is ridiculous and people handing out $80 citations deserve repercussions of some sort. I think making parking officer jobs so undesirable that the university can't fill them would go a long way to lighting a fire under the asses of admin to rectify the parking system. Frankly, charging students $400/quarter on top of tuition just to not be able to park anywhere is ludicrous. Then, having parking enforcers handing out $80 tickets for the most minor of infractions is downright draconian. Something needs to change and I think this is the only relatively civil way to make that happen since the administration doesn't actually care about any of us so long as the money printer keeps printing.
Hi yall
Im about to return to college after my life got obliterated due to an emergent health issue, so I started rebuilding my life and now Im going to be going to San Diego City college starting summer. Ive done a lot of homework on assist.org and whatnot for transfer reqs and all that, but I could really use some advice from anyone who has transferred before. I am a chemistry major, and have been running my own chemistry tutoring services for at least the last six years, but outside of that, I dont have any research/intern experience yet. I have heard that it would be good to try to get a research position at UCSD down the line and before I transfer, but is there anything else I should focus on when I start school?
Thanks!!!
hard or no

A few of the players on the UCSD men's soccer team are homophobes and have used the f-slur many times. The team should be investigated and face the consequences of expulsion.
Hello,
I'm currently enrolled in the Extension classes Ordinary Differential Equations and Electricity & Magnetism. They're both #4000 courses, and I'm wondering if they're able to count for credit. I'm applying to a master's at a CSU, and they said that they'll accept these courses if UCSD's School of Engineering accepts them. But no UCSD advisors have given me a straightforward answer so far.
I know that courses 1-199 are transferable, and the 4000s are Post-Baccalaureate professional courses.
Any advice? Thanks
