For Context I’m not showing pictures of the tracking because I don’t really wanna share where I live out there for everyone to publicly see.
So I’ve been gradually ordering movies that have been showing up with the closure of Disney Movie Club. This particular shipment was for the Parent Trap. Was excited to get it since it’s a yellow border exclusive I don’t see being printed again any time soon.
The shipping process started on April 11th. It was going through the normal motions to get to my home. Everything perfectly normal. On April 15th it arrived in my city. Awesome right? Should arrive by end of day.
Nope. The package then proceeded to go back to my states main USPS distribution center. It would stay there in purgatory from April 15 until April 26th. Just sitting there.
USPS was contacted, told me pretty much idk what you’re talking about.
Disney Movie Insiders was contacted and I was told they’d look into it.
No updates. Then all of a sudden it has now been dropped off and delivered in Tunkannock, PA. Went from no updates and sitting in my state to PA and delivered in one day.
I live a solid 5 states from PA. The package was literally in my town out for delivery….how does this even happen.
TLDR: I ordered a movie off the site and it arrived in my city only to be taken back to the distribution center and sent almost 2 weeks later to a whole other state to be delivered to some random home.
Hi Everyone! I’m newer to this sub, so please be kind if I am asking a silly question.
Can points that accrue on my DMI account somehow be redeemed for Movies Anywhere codes, or at least digital Disney films? Or is my only option to get the physical copy of a film they have listed in the redemption section?
Ordinarily I’m pretty quick to catch on, but I’ve not found the DMI site to be the most intuitive, at least the mobile version. Or it could always be user error!
Thanks for any information!
Anyone see that DMI has rewards for Disney+ subscribers only?
Out of curiosity, do you think the Disney Movie Club will knock down the prices even lower in the month of May before its final closing?
I have bought all the DMC exclusives I would care to watch already, but I’m holding out until closer to the closing date to ensure there isn’t any further discounts before paying out for my last cart of movies. Is anyone else holding out with me?
I try the new Aliens 4k Digital code and it work on DMI.
But checking my-account/point-history is not showing.
Don't know how many points I have to sum and verify if I actually got it.
If I tried again the code it tells me "This code has already been redeemed."
I have 2300 points and I love collecting 4k movies, but there are hardly any Disney 4k movies to redeem. Do they add more movies to select from often? Is the current 4k selection considered low? I have seen some people post their DMI rewards and it’s loaded with 4k Blu-Ray Pixar Movies, none of which are currently available to choose from.
Despite Disney owning Fox for five years now, I’m shocked more Fox releases haven’t been added to Insiders, outside of a select few.
but then again, that might change with both Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and Deadpool & Wolverine.
elloooo everyone! SO, remember those ar games disney made for the dmi mobile app? Ye they r kinda lost media rn. sure a few facebook recordings, and photos, but no full way to play them. if you have a video of you playing them before the shutdown, or even (if you know how to) SOME FILES FROM THE GAMES please send them here! ANYTHING could help make sure these games get found somehow.
I just bought Finding Nemo on 4K, I entered the code, and I did get my points however the Points History has is classified as a blu ray and not 4K UHD
So I have like 3K points, not a lot but I've not used it much recently. I did get things like the WandaVision cap and a few other items before but it's just stuff and I have so much of this kind of stuff in so many boxes in our basement (tens of thousands of comic books including pretty everything put out by Disney, etc.). Furthermore, if I really wanted something, I feel I can just go ahead buy it, for instance, the Deadpool/Wolverine best friends necklace which I like is available everywhere. I can g
I wouldn't mind doing the real tours but even those should be available with enough money/connections presumably. But experiences would be something I could redeem the points for but that's a long term play.
I'm worried they will cancel this program, so that's the concern. OTOH, I am hoping they will merge Marvel Insiders with this and that would be great.
I'm really excited for it and don't want to miss it.
Does anyone know if DMI is starting to get rid of gift cards as a redeemable item? Seems like it’s been a long time since the last one that was offered? In previous years, I feel like they were a lot more common.
They used a photo on their socials and sent me this box of goodies.
I know you can attach regal, atom and fandango to make it easier and get automatic points. (Assuming it works but I’ve never tried it) I’ve always used the AMC app and I always go to AMC. I’ve boughten hundreds of tickets over the years but never bothered getting credit for them because it seems you have to upload one pic per ticket and I’ve been lazy. Nonetheless I never get tickets anymore when it’s just on the AMC app.
So my question is, is there a way to get credit for movie tickets when purchased online if you get no stubs? I have 20 tickets for my family to see Star Wars episode 1 coming up and I’d love to get credit for it but it’s all on one order, and I guess if I ask for stubs that’s 20 stubs to then take pictures of and I’m assuming DMI would hassle me over that. ( that’s why I’ve said I had bought hundreds of tickets because for each marvel film I buy 20+ and all go together)
Thanks for your help!

Does anybody know if this has 3 individual digital codes or does it have one that gives access to the 3 movies together?
Hey so I’ve seen people say that April tends to be a dry month where the site doesn’t add many new items, so what months are the best ones to redeem points? I appreciate anyone taking the time out of their day to answer my question.
Edit: To the reddit users who downvoted my replies. I am not obligated to reply to anyone for commenting, and my question was already answered, so I win. Thank you to the people who answered my question.
So I contacted support because my Luca hat was way too small. And they closed all our family member's account under the same address, instead of helping me.
We called them and they told us we have to each call in to verify, and we did. However, they still closed the account.
did anyone else received their hat? The hat is so small it doesnt even fit on my head, it feels like kids size. Wondering if its all the same or I got a sizing error?
The "You Must Renew Your VPPA Agreement" popup displays every time I login, and there seems to be no way to stop it.
Someone posted this a couple of years ago, but the thread has been archived without a solution.

I've had this issue for about that long, but just never looked into it. Tried clearing website cache, cookies, and all that. It happens accross all devices any time I login to my account. It's pretty annoying. Does anybody know how to make it stop?

¹ Bonus Points expire 4/30/24.
I was curious if anyone knew how many points you get for buying a movie digitally or if it varies from movie to movie?

I was checking out the pinned post on the subreddit about the current blu ray stock and noticed that it had mickeys christmas carol as removed. I'm pretty sure the reason is because I had redeemed it as a reward a week or two ago, and on the website its advertised as the 30th anniversary edition, but they sent me the multiscreen edition (which in my opinion has a worse looking slipcover than the 30th anniversary one) and so being the super picky person I am, I emailed them about it saying they sent the wrong one and asking for a replacement but they let me know that it was the only one they had avalible. I think they removed it since its technically the wrong version being advertised, so my guess is they want to avoid future complaints? Maybe we'll see the correct version return on Wednesday.
