Hi everyone, so I was apparently stateless until 2 years ago I found out I have thai citizenship. So I try to get thai IC as a backup for my future. But literally the day I return home from Thailand after having done my thai IC, I received a letter saying I am eligible for Malaysian citizenship. So I did everything got my Malaysian certificate, and now applying for IC, now they ask me to renounce thai citizenship. OK, so I go to the royal thai consulate in Penang, and I ask what should I do, they ask me to go back Thailand to renounce. Problem is I have already return the thai passport, and I can't really go back, if I go back how do I even enter malaysia?

Just a side note, I was born here and live here for my whole life, I can't even speak Thai to save my life. But due to being born out of wedlock I was put into this whole mess, not being able to get my IC until recently. It's my father's illiteracy as my mum is a thai, and has no clue of the nationality law in malaysia. My father can't register marriage with my mum coz he's legally married to someone else and can't divorce at the time due to the legal wife being hospitalized. It's just bad timing and bad luck.

So it would be great to hear from the experiences of naturalized thai or anyone, I am really out of luck.

Guys, I need your help to spread the word. Lately, almost every Shopee order we received was delivered with fake promises from the courier, and many exceeded the delivery timeframe so much later than that of given by Shopee. But today, things went too far—our parcel arrived empty! The courier stole the item. And didn't even contact us before sending it which shows they do not want to be known. The item was tore apart and clearly the courier has opened the parcel and took my things.

Thankfully, the Shopee seller was kind and supportive, so I can get a refund. But what about the sellers? They get blamed for something that isn’t their fault. This has to stop! It’s unacceptable, and more people need to be aware of this issue.

Hi fellow Malaysians,

I want to ask for your advice on my rental problem.

I am a foreigner that works in KL and I rented a room through an agent with 1-year tenancy. However, rencently my access card got blocked as the landlord has not paid the maintenance fee. I asked the agent to resolve it but I dont think that they even do anything (it's been like two weeks).

I am very annoyed by this and want to move out but the agreement said that moving out early I need to pay the remaining months of my contract and foreit the deposit (I still have like 5 months left).

Can I get some advice on what is the best action to take at this moment ? Can I try to talk and negotiate with them ? Or can I use the reason that they do not fulfill their duty as agreed in the agreement to terminate early ?

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you so much.
