Lawyer Embezzled my Uncles money, and Bar council has not repay my uncle after 4 years!

My uncle's lawyer has embezzled his money. He has appointed a new lawyer and reported the misconduct to the bar council. The bar has already terminated the old lawyer's license but not from our case but from his other client that he has embezzled as well.

However it has been 4 years but my uncle has still not receive the reimbursement from the Malaysian Bar Council. His current lawyer has not much response. Shouldn't the bar council reimburse the amount to my uncle once the lawyer is found guilty and has his license terminated?

Can anyone help me with any suggestion or contacts for experienced lawyer in this part. Help needed. Thank you.

Any cybersec sifus here can share some advice?

Hi fellow malaysians, Im currently 23, finished my 3yrs course at Oct 2024 graduated with an IT degree. My cgpa is consider above average i guess, 3.11. Couldn’t manage to find a job since then till now… Im keen to enter the cybersecurity field but the job offers requirements for security related field are mostly required 1-3yrs/3-5yrs experience to enter. I currently do not own any security related certificates so pretty sure it increases the difficulty for me to enter cybersec field. I was told by my siblings to apply only big companies in Msia, and apply any startup/SME companies in sg (they want me to work in sg since my brother has transferred to sg citizen and own a house there). I do agree with them as i wanted to start my career in sg as well but their requirements are usually higher than Msia. Recently found out BTL1 cert is consider pretty useful for entering Blue Team role in any company. However, i wish to have a job while taking the certificate as i felt overwhelmingly stressed staying at home while seeing my friends in school starts working since graduated… any advice to overcome the stress as well? Would appreciates for any advice given by sifus 🫡

Internship

Hi everyone, I really need help! I’m currently still studying (degree) and I still have a year left to finish. I’m thinking of gaining industrial training while studying (part-time) instead of just being a full time student. How do I explain this to the company and how do I ask the University to transfer me from a full time student to a part time 😅 Please share your thoughts and suggestions!!

2 day trip to Desaru

Hello, Malaysia! I am planning a 2-day trip to Desaru from Singapore. I would like to know some of the best resorts in Malaysia that offer activities near the beach. Since I am an Indian and prefer vegetarian food, please suggest some vegetarian or Indian restaurants as well. Could you recommend places to visit in Desaru during my 2-day stay? Thanks in advance.

how to use TNG visa overseas?

So I'm going to the UK in 2 days with family. My parents are setting aside money for my brother and I - but they want a cash free option. Both my parents are using Wise so that leaves my brothers and I with our TnG eWallet functions. The question is, how does it actually work when you use the money overseas? We all have our physical cards and activated Visa. Do I just tell my parents to top up the money in RM equivelant to GBP? Do I have to set a setting when I'm trying to use it at a merchant? Any guidance will help! I'll provide more info if needed.
