Bak kut teh restaurants serves this pepper with looks to be soy sauce to dip the pork meat and it's so delicious. I am unable to replicate it at home although it looks simple. Can anyone help me with the ingredients? I'm making bak kut teh right now and i really want that dipping sauce.
They dubbed it as "Moo-Kut-Teh" and their stall just at Rampai Business Park food market.
