Q: Why are chapter releases taking so long?
A: HNI-Scantrad is currently the main provider for scanlation. Chapters are released on a weekly basis (barring breaks by the author), but releases can be delayed due to the team wanting to bring the highest quality of scans, typesetting, and quality checking for the chapter.
Q: Where can I find the new translations of the manga after 1204?
A: Click Here for all of the chapters translated after MangaStream stopped.
Q: What order do I watch the anime and OVAs in?
A: Hajime No Ippo: The Fighting, Champion Road, Mashiba vs. Kimura, Hajime No Ippo: New Challenger, Hajime No Ippo: Rising
Q: I finished the anime, where do I pick up with the manga?
A: Ch. 558, however, the anime has cut/rearranged certain events in the manga. Therefore, it is recommended that you read from Ch. 1
Q: When is season 4 coming out?
A: As far as we know, there are currently no plans for a season 4 to be produced.

A: No, if it was, there would've been an official announcement.

Should I stop watching hajimenoippo?
Hi everyone this is my first post in this subreddit . I just started reading manga and ippo is my very first Manga which I have read from the Start .
So, I am in chapter number 1266 ( where ippo quite boxing and started training her junior) . So I just want to ask that is he going to continue as a teacher for the rest of the series or ippo is going to make a comeback.
If he is going to make a comeback can you please tell me the chapter number because I don't like what's going on in the series.
Don't get me wrong my favourite character is Takamura but ippo just hit different and I don't want to continue seeing him this way ( monk ).

Mashiba's current fight is addressing Ippo's brain trauma during Guevara fight.
Rosario just fell the exact same way as Ippo did in his fight with Guevara, he's visually impaired, I won't be surprised if Mashiba's next stage of development is to show mercy to an opponent that he knows is concussed and out of it, or Ippo might get a ringside view of what he looked like when his sense of balance and distance were thrown off vs Guevara. I wrote an unnecessarily long post about Ippo's diagnosis based on the specific injuries and symptoms that were displayed during Guevara if you wanna check it out.
You especially don't want to be hit in the head while dehydrated

after the ippo vs sisfa fight
i noticed that after this fight it started getting pretty weird with that magician guy and especially woli that mf guy treats ropes like walls and is jump punching (which is illegal btw) so idk does it get better after this no (spoilers pls)

current thoughts on Mashiba current opponent
loving the reapers title fight.
i also love how the story has made us start to hate his Mashiba opponent at the start but slowly make us gain respect for him as the fight went on.
not saying he is a good person but god dam did Mashiba truly grow in this fight

In another world it could've been kimura fighting in the world title match instead of mashiba. I'm not saying he should be world champion rn and stuff, it's just som that I think about sometimes. Rambling over.

Stopping point before end of series
Whats up
Recently I've been catching up with the manga and I've really enjoyed it, I'm currently on chapter 860 so I'm a little over passed the half way mark of catching up.
That being said, I really dislike reading manga weekly, I prefer to read it in bulk
In your opinion, what chapter/arc would be a good stopping point to wait out the end of the series/read a couple arcs in bulk without catching up
