my assumption is that ger is just creating diavolos in perilous situations around the world, with his memories completely intact.

gold experience already creates life, and people are living creatures. so it only makes sense that the stand is just.. using its powers.

As cool as Pucci is, Dio was incredibly badass and I feel like the final fight was kind of disappointing. I know it would take an incredible amount of plot armor for him to survive being thrown into the sun, but maybe he could've used the world's time reversal right before he died. The final fight wasn't too much, either. I really think his stands' abilities were really cool but were kind of put to waste considering how he didn't appear in many episodes.

Without Epitaph he'd have to rely on intuition to make the best use of time stop, but given his BIQ he'd still excel. What's more, with time stop he might have actually went to kill Bruno's gang during their first encounter since this ability allows you to kill while inside it. So, SP instead of KC would be worse overall but better in time frame of Golden Wind specifically.
