HELP! My closed captions are not matching up with the episodes anymore. They are ahead like 2 minutes so it is making it so difficult for me to follow. I am watching on a Samsung TV so I’m in an app. I tried toggling on/off the subs and even switching to dubbed a few times but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any idea, please help a girl out D:

I tried to subscribe to crunchyroll but it wouldn't take my card/money, so I decided i'd go through prime since it worked before but even though i linked it before it isn't linked now, and tried to do the thing where you link it again but it said login invalid and I hate crunchyroll so much, please fix your website. I tried all the solutions but nothing. drives me crazy because amazon prime doesn't have my progress like the main website does

I've been trying to watch this show, but.... This is making things a little difficult. Episode 3 has the wrong English subs - I'm pretty sure its playing episode 2 subs.

I’ve had this figure on my wishlist for about two months, but I’ve been dealing with a lot right now and haven’t had a chance to spend the money. I thought that preorders wouldn’t go out of stock so fast, but now I’m kind of freaking out that I’m never going to be able to get this figure. Does the “preorder” going out of stock mean that I’m never going to be able to buy it, or does it mean there’s only a slim chance of me getting it?

It dosen't exsist, and when I accepted it and started watching S4, the english dub disappeared and now I only have the jappanase dub. Wth do I do?

I've been using Crunchyroll on Fire Stick for years, and I can honestly say the experience has worsened consistently over time. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Clearing the cache used to solve it most of the time. But now I get constant buffering and image quality drops regardless, to the point where it's becoming unwatchable.

I have no issues with any other apps, so I can only put it down to Crunchyroll neglecting the software.

This is on a Fire TV Stick 4K Max.

Im having a problem with the apple TV app where the language is set to French and i cant change it, only the spoken language. I have tried to change the region on the apple TVs settings and also changed my preferences on my profile from my phone but nothing has worked Anyone know of a solution?

Has anyone in the US been able to find and stream English Dubs of Dragonball Z, Dragonball Z Movies, and Dragonball GT? I've tried directly on the website their app, and the Amazon service for Crunchyroll and can only stream Japanese and Portuguese dubs, Crunchyroll support says English Dubs for all of it is available but I cannot get them from any of the available ways to stream.. just curious if this was an issue for anyone else

Ik most of them are trash but if you had to choose one that is the best comparatively, which would you pick?

surely it can't be that difficult to just have an algorithm compile a list of the shows people who have watched what you're looking at have watched in common, or stuff with similar titles or studios instead of "cba, here's the copy and paste most popular list we put everywhere"

Damn Crunchyroll can't decide whether they want money or not. Website won't take credit cards with a balance for premium payment. Either accept payment or sell your titles and let someone who WANTS to do business stream your shows

I keep having a weird glitch where, no matter the device or what is playing, the subtitles absolutely will not show up. Except when they randomly do half way through an episode, sometimes.

I have cleared cache I have logged out and in I have checked CC settings I have reset absolutely everything and it still does not fix it.

Is this just me or is there anything going on right now?

I use crunchyroll on the ps4 and occasionally i got some lag but so far it was good. But In the last month or so it keeps on buffering for a second and turns into lower resolution for like 20 seconds then returns to the original resolution. It does this at least once every minute. Sometimes it buffers and the screen turns black for a second and it skips a little. I thought it was my internet since I’ve been having some problems recently with it being slow, but when I go to Netflix and watch the same anime it runs 1080p perfectly fine with no buffering or resolution change. I do know that the console app has a lot of problems but its been good to me for this whole time up until now. Would deleting and reinstalling app work? Is it my internet or crunchyroll thats the problem?

my son is 7 years old and enjoys watching animes with me, but since he doesn't speak english or can't yet read german fast enough (he could if it was at half speed), he can barely watch any animes since most don't have a german dub.

There are many animes that do have a german dub and can be found on Netflix for example, but I wanted to stick to Crunchyroll because it's supposed to be the hub for animes right?

For example, one of his favorite animes, "By the grace of the gods" season 1 has been german dubbed upon release, yet the 2nd season which has been out for more than a year is still missing a german dub, did the dubbers drop the dubbing for that one?

But overall,.. many animes seem to be missing.
Like why isn't Ranma 1/2 on Crunchyroll? Ranma 1/2 was a cult anime for germans 20 years ago!

When I tried to buy Premium, it gave an error but still took away my money, it said
"There was a problem with your card. Please try again. (Error ID: 01621076-4031-489b-a3f9-6e95ad3c813c)", the payment is now authenticating but the fact that I got the error means it didn't go through to give me a premium but it still went through enough to take money.

I don't fully understand the mechanics but the combat's definitely team based, which characters would you like most to group up and who are you going to be striving to get first?

I was recently refunded by Crunchyroll for double billing this month, but for some reason they removed my membership completely even though I already paid once earlier this month. Does anyone know why this happened?
