Artie in Psych?

Not sure how much of a crossover there is for people who watch Warehouse and Psych, but Saul Rubinek was in an episode of Psych (not exactly as Artie) but the way he acts doesn't really change from project to project, so I thought it'd be funny if he was undercover trying to find an artifact

Was There a Godzilla Episode?

I've got a memory of the gang getting involved in a Godzilla movie (or some large creature from the sea), and "Haruo Nakajima's Godzilla Suit" is listed as an artifact in a Warehouse 13 Fandom wiki...but the wiki doesn't list an episode where it appeared. Am I hallucinating? Did it happen on another show from the same time? Was it all a dream? Please advise. I definitely picture Pete on an outdoor/wharfside movie set, and feel like Artie got involved, too.

Artie Correcting Claudia - Christmas Episode

I genuinely cannot work out why Artie corrects Claudia at the end of Secret Santa when she's reciting the Hebrew blessing.
I don't know which one she's saying exactly, because it fades out after "ha'olam" (i think), but Artie specifically complains to his father, says "she's doing it wrong, she's saying Adonai, you don't say Adonai."

I thought Artie's issue was that she was saying the wrong blessing (since it's not made clear which one she's meant to be saying), but even something like Birkat Hamazon starts that way, and it wouldn't make sense for them to be saying Birkat Hamazon before they'd eaten. And that doesn't factor in him commenting on the use of "Adonai" specifically.

She pronounces it correctly, there's no reason why she should be saying something like "Ha-Elohim" or "El Elyon" in place of Adonai, since most blessings open with Adonai.

Basically I cannot think of any reason for Artie to be "correcting" her. Has anyone else figured it out?

Asking for a friend

I'm trying to convince my friend to watch the show but they don't have Hulu, or the syfy subscription on Amazon, and I'm unsure where I should send them to watch besides the dvd set at my local library (which has a full dvd set). Any suggestions on where I can send them to watch?

Artie acts like a single dad

Disclaimer: I haven’t finished the series, as I type this and post in on episode 3 of season 2 but from what I have seen Artie acts like an overtired single father towards the main group. Idk, just made me giggle and I wanna know if others think so too.

Was this ever actually explained??

I have a bad memory so I apologise if this has been asked and answered already but was it ever actually explained why certain characters had abilities like Pete and his Mum getting a ‘vibe’ whenever something bad was about to happen, Steve basically being a human lie detector, and Leena being able to see auras?

I always thought they were eluding to a future storyline where they discover that people can actually become living artefacts or something like that

Again I can’t recall if this was explained in the show or not either way it’s always bugged me that they never explored this

The create all of their own problems

They are supposed to be guarding the most dangerous artifacts in the world but there are no guards, no rules, everything is stored out in the open, the entire staff is smaller than the board of reagents. Everyone does whatever they want, whenever they want, and no one is ever supervised. By the end of season 4 I feel like the bad guys deserve to win.

Myka is so full of it.

In the second episode Myka establishes her father as an abusing monster. The season ends with the audience seeing that was a lie. Later her life falls apart and she quits her career leaves her friends and takes a job in his bookstore. She is at least 3 different people in the course of 5 years, and only one of them is capable of being a federal agent.

Connection to Prison Break?

I just learned about the Tommy Westphall Universe that connects most US tv shows https://nightingaledvs.com/the-visual-evolution-of-the-tommy-westphall-universe/. It all stems from the show "St. Elsewhere" where the final scene shows the character Tommy Westphall imaging the events of the series, thus making all TV shows that have any connection via a crossover, cameo, or spinoff part of this imagined universe. According to the site, Warehouse 13 is connected to this universe by its connection with the show Prison Break. This connection is categorized as a shared fictional brand or item, but doesn't say exactly what it is. I tried looking online, but only got information about the episode of Warehouse 13 that involves a prison break, "Runaway" (season 4, episode 16). Does anyone know what this connection could be?

Watching S4 E17 for the first time

I was watching this episode where someone is using an artefact to extract revenge in a gated community. One of the scenes is where a boy pushes the lube bottle behind the couch after Pete was interrogating him. Pete later called it as "MOTION LOTION" and I am just bawling out my eyes as to why I did not think of this before.... I absolutely freaking love this phrase and this series.

Pete in general has the best lines.... like Olivia's tetons, hey hey hey, This is why I don't read.

What does Tetons mean?

Hi. I am not from USA. Stumbled upon this show after watching FIREFLY, and so far loving it so much that I am taking leaves from office to binge watch it. There is a running gag where Pete refers to Myka's chest as Tetons. I don't know whether this is an American slang or anything like that. Any episode where I missed the naming convention? Thanks in advance.

Just finished 3rd watch of W13 and wife and I had an idea about the last episode.

What if all the wacky chips they showed were ideas they had for future episodes?

Shang-Chi spotted on Warehouse 13

Been about 2 years since my last rewatch. First time I’ve noticed Simu Liu. Plays a nameless “Bartender” in season 5 with maybe 3 seconds of screen time. He may be the biggest contemporary A-List star to make an appearance on this show…. At least I can’t think of a bigger one.

Warehouse13 on the CW if you're new to the series like I am :)

Brand new to the forum here so apologies if I unintentionally break any rules!

I found out about Warehouse 13 and all the awards it was nominated for far too late many years after the series had aired :) ... looked around for where I could stream/watch it.

I should point out I live in the USA so of course this could very well be different for persons outside of that country but I noticed Warehouse 13 is on the CW which itself is a free to watch streaming service (with ads of course). Not sure how long it will be on the CW since I just discovered this but will be watching it for sure now (so far I've watched like two minutes of episode one season one :P )

I'm posting this only in case someone else hears about how great the show is too and is also wondering where to watch it. If you're watching it on TV I've noticed whether it's roku or android or what not the CW is typically free to install and of course if you're watching it online just do a google search for " CW streaming".

Bittersweet

So some people might roll their eyes at me, but this is the first I have ever watched the entire show through to the end. I was 9 years old when this show came out. Lewis Carrol’s mirror was the only episode I remembered from this show. Potentially, it may have been the only episode I had seen. I remembered watching it with my grandpa. Lewis Carrol’s mirror is the 8th episode in Season 1. This means that for 15 years, ONE episode of warehouse 13 had me in a chokehold. I never forgot the name of the show, even though all I could recall was the mirror episode. After watching the entire series, I can confidently say that this entire show has me in a chokehold. Yes, I cried at the end. I can also say that I am irate that the end had to come so soon. It was so abrupt, I’ve read about why it is abrupt, however I really wish it had come to a slower stop instead of hitting a brick wall. 15 years of remembering a single episode of this show, and now I have finally seen all of it. It’s bittersweet to me. Thanks for reading.

Artifact list

Hello fellow fans. As someone who loves the show and plays dnd I realized that many of the artifacts can make perfect magic items. I am wondering if a fan has compiled a pdf or other resources of all the artifacts in the show that isn’t the annoying fan wiki website. I’d especially look to find a list of some of the less prominent artifacts like ones Artie keeps on hand like the joint hammer or the amorphous ink bottle.

Any posts here also help. I plan to use a number of the big / episode centered items like the spine of Saracen or Oliver sacks record player but what smaller benign items can anyone remember.

Thanks to anyone who helps out.

(No spoilers) Why couldn’t Steve tell that Sally was lying?

If it’s revealed later in the show then don’t tell me but I’m watching season 3 right now and Steve had 2 episodes with Sally and couldn’t tell she was lying at all, she even says “the human lie detector can’t even tell I’m using a phony accent”

(No spoilers). With a yes or no answer, is it revealed what happened in Denver with Agent Myka Bering?

I'm not asking what happened, I'm just asking if, at some point, it's revealed.

I want to know if it will remain something hinted at but never revealed, or if it's revealed at some point, but I'm concerned that looking up if it's revealed will then say what happened right after.

If it is revealed, does it happen in one moment, or is it spread out?

About Steve

Heart broken when Steve dead in season 3. I have guessed that Steve is undercover soon after Jane said the reagents had a plan but didn't tell others what the plan is. And I get used to Steve and like him just after around 3 episodes from he joined warehouse 13. I can't calm down now.

Watching Warehouse 13 for first time!

Im a big fan of sci-fi TV shows so naturally I watched Eureka and when I saw the crossover ep, this show moved up to next-to watch, at first I was like god what. Almost unwatchable but I loved Myka from the beginning so I’m like okay I’ll keep watching for her, flashforward, I’m near end of season 3, I’m like god I fucking love this show lol. Bringing in Claudia and HG made this show way much better! I’m so glad I struck around to watch and anxiously how this show will ends. The only complaint so far I have is how Leena is criminally underused!!!!

I guess Aztecs could had some warehouse too maybe one of the first ? we sadly never got a glimps on ALL warehouses. But yeah that was my thought as i rewatched it it just sounded too similar to Aztec !<

Pete's ability to read lips

I'm (probably overly) nitpicky about shows maintaining little details throughout a series rather than forgetting and accidentally (or purposefully) retconning them so it serves their current narrative.

When Claudia abducts Artie, Pete is able to identify her by reading her name off Artie's lips in the spectrometer playback. That's some good lip reading. And he learned to because his sister is deaf. This is a detail they DO remember and show us during the funeral scene when he and Jane go into their memories.

Yet when they use the spectrometer again after Claudia is bronzed by Paracelcus, he suddenly can't tell what they're saying because "he can't read lips". Am I the only one super bothered by this?
