i’m new to this transitioning from smoking tobacco. i don’t want a budget product, don’t mind sending money as long as i can pay in installments.
a few things i don’t like about my xmax the oven is too small, i think 0.10 grams is probably too little for heavy usage. battery life is really short even though its removable. i also don’t love toking for too long, i think id rather a sipping vape if they’re good? i want lots of vapor but i don’t want to work too much for it. my friend recommends pax plus as she sips it and it has a bigger chamber but is battery life crap?
so in summary i’d like a session vape suitable for heavy usage and high tolerance with long battery life and short sips? doesn’t have to be discreet
I have no idea how more people aren’t talking about this thing. I’m not even using it with the inductor, just a zippo with a dual flame butane torch insert, and the extraction is incredible. And it’s so forgiving it doesn’t even need a temp indicator, I’ve just been lighting the tip until it glows 2 or 3 times and it works perfectly.
I was annoyed I missed the Tempest drop but now I’m glad I did because this one seems much more intuitive, simple and really enjoyable to use. And it will get you really high. I highly recommend one to anyone with VAS creeping up.
So far I've had the Dynavap and the Dani Fusion and the Tempest beats them both and it's not even close.
The Tempest heats more evenly, the indicator dial works great, it is cooler on the inhale, doesn't get as hot in the hand, and cools down faster.
The other two are still great and less expensive, but they won't be seeing use from me again so they'll be gifted away.
Just got my first ball vape - a ruby twist. It is incredible and hits just as hard as you all said. But damn this thing reeks compared to my mighty+.
My wife was not too pleased when I decided to test it in our house ten minutes before the in-laws arrived. I ran it at 710, was that too high? Or do all hits from ball vapes smell like I just hit a bong?
Picked up a Crafty+ used on FB Marketplace. Long story short, it appears that it’s been registered and replaced under warranty. The battery drains fast and the company said it’s blocked in their system now as it’s been replaced.
With that said, I can’t even post it to resell. So I’m looking for guidance on which battery I’d need to replace the one there now. I don’t have an issue trying to do it myself. It doesn’t seem tricky at all, just gotta make sure it’s seated properly so the case cover goes back on and doesn’t crack when screws are being put back in.
If anyone has done this before and knows which battery I should find, I would appreciate it. I did find a YouTube video on how to do it and it seems simple, I just need the right battery. Thanks.
Budget is under $200 but preferable under $150, and let’s be real cheaper the better. I have lurked here for a while after some bad purchases in the past. I keep finding things I like or that are super affordable but don’t have much experience with any of this so I wanted some recommendations from you guys. Some info, I have a dab rig already, so while I could definitely do something that goes through that, I would prefer more portable. Something I can load up and chill on the couch, hit it a couple times and set it to the side then return to it after a little, or throw in my pocket and sip on throughout the day without a huge hassle. To be clear here, I know that price goes up with convenience and I am okay going cheaper for less convenience.
Long ago in 2015 (can’t believe it’s been 10 years) when I either couldn’t find a wpa or they weren’t made yet, there was the Zeus ice born.
A bucket you freeze with a hefty whip to connect your DHV to the ice bucket, cooling your vapor.
Anyone still use it and why instead of a water pipe filled with ice and water? This was so much to clean (imo) for little payoff. Also had to wait for it to freeze so it was a plan ahead thing.
I know probably a T break would be beneficial but I'm eyeing the Ruby Twist as a birthday present to myself. Hoping it will help me kick combustion. Dynavap is fun but I'm missing a more stronger high. Would a ball vape help?
after 5 bowls with tornado the water still absolutely clear.
Hey everyone!
Just a post to wish everyone a Happy and cloudy Halloween!
My vape table always has some spooky things on it since I find dark themed stuff very aesthetic, but it’s also very fitting for Halloween so I thought I would share.
I hope you all have a Halloween filled with big scary clouds of vapour to add to the spooky atmosphere and fun! 👻 💨
Is the price of TM2 or Purple Heart going to change for Black Friday? Trying to see if I should wait or just pull the trigger now.
Hey everyone!
With all the Ruby Twist love I thought I may as well ask here.
Does the full glass bowl work with 18mm injectors? Or alternatively as an 18mm pass through adapter?
The matrix bowl and the glass stem I’m using as a microdose bowl already work so welI. I would only get the standard glass bowl if it can be used with other injectors and as adapter, since it does look like a really nice pass through injector bowl generally speaking!
Thanks!! And Happy Halloween! 🎃
Lifelong ent looking to move from combustion and looking at the Mighty +. Under €300 in Germany plus shipping. I used a Starry Xmax V3 pro before. How much better is the Mighty+? Looking to get more out of my weed and be healthier Thanks :)
The glass, back to front: high artisan donut dry rig with 14mm quartzcap, mimzy clear orb of confusion with gavel se, beta glass dual uptake floater recycler with Evan shore x bear mountain long john. Got the display stand cheap on Amazon, added some holes for storing specific tools. The tube holds 9 tinymight dosing caps, something I found on Amazon and painted with craft paint. The little wooden prep tray I found on Etsy has little rubber feet and is the best thing ever.
Hey fellow ents, I am considering upgrading from my good old Vapcap M 2017 to either the Dani Fusion or the Camouflet Convector.
I am aware that the concept of both is not directly comparable but I am wondering if anyone here owns both and can give me an opinion on that. Which one do you like more and why?
Hello ladies and gents! I’ve had my flowerpot B1 For almost 2 years now. It’s been on my balcony (condo living) covered away from rain- but still outside none the less. It’s worked fine up until recently, and now it works fine like 50 percent of the time. Now the temp will be stable until I put it on the bowl to preheat, and it gets super wonky.
I’ve seen the -H- message, which can mean water in there. But I’ve dried, def not wet, and the temp will sky rocket to 999 degrees, and then fall below set temp; and then finally go back up to set temp. This seems to happen like every other session now. What are your guys thoughts? I know the auber isn’t the best to have outside, but also emailed them when I got it- and they said it was fine as long as it didn’t get wet.
I made some scary designs to celebrate 👻 Regardless of S&B love or lack thereof, a little laugh is a nice treat. Happy Halloween! 🎃
Hi folks, I'm just looking for a bit of advice for buying a DHV for the first time.
I have been a regular weed smoker for several years (mostly joints with tobacco) but I've been thinking about switching to vaping more recently. I've been googling around today and finding a lot of results, but it's making me somewhat indecisive.
Ideally, what I want is something portable (i.e. not desktop) that doesn't require too much messing around to clean and doesn't require purchasing a bunch of extra things to make it work at its best.
As far as budget goes, I've been considering a few different options. It seems like there are some possibilities at around £100 (a Dynavap or Xmax V3 Pro), some getting up to £200 (e.g. some Arizer ones) or some going up to £300 like the Mighty+ etc.
The Dynavap seems like it's basically just a kind of pipe that you heat with a torch lighter, so reasonably straightforward, but could someone give me some advice on what I'd be paying for in the electronic range at each of those price points? Ideally I would like to keep it under £200 but if there is enough gained, I could possibly go higher.
Thanks!
I’m a medical user and was thinking of purchasing a dynavap, specifically the M7. If you have one, do you have any issues with it? I’m looking for something to step outside and use at least once a day as I live in an apartment. If anyone has a better suggestion around the same price, suggest away!
Thanks!
Does the B natively fit a 14mm piece without a 10mm to 14mm adapter?
I'm looking for where I can buy cheap, shitty DHV devices for a YouTube video. Are there certain keywords to use for Temu, AliExpress, Shein, or anywhere else? Or websites for "direct from China" DHV's?
As the title says, looking for a vape that is "healthy" in terms of minimising the inhalation of crap such as deteriorating plastic. Looking at IQ3 and PAX3 since they meet this requirement, however they seem to be getting a lot of hate. I have MIQRO and I had the rubber seal problem, which was annoying but may be willing to give the brand one more chance. Thought?
yep no more production and no more inventory. i got mine. it was a limited edition.
legacy pro 2 is still being tested and worked on. maybe ready by early in 25
I’m debating spending ~$100 on a vaporizer, hoping that it’ll help me save bud and reduce the smell. I currently spend ~$30 a week on bud, not including lighters/occasional piece etc.
I’ve heard dry herb vaporizers can save you bud because it’s not as hot and it doesn’t destroy the plant matter before you can inhale all the terpenes/THC. Apparently 1g can last a few days ? I can easily smoke a 1-2g joint in a few minutes, I don’t think that’s even possible with vaporizers lol.
Winter is also approaching and I’d appreciate being able to consume bud indoors without too much smell. I’ve used different kinds of carts but it’s just not the same.
Let’s say you used to spend $100/month on flower, how much do you need to spend now that you have a DHV?
