You give a few pot heads a bunch of weed and nothing to smoke out of and they suddenly become engineers. It's amazing.

As the title states Iam looking for those, ive determined that the hole itself is about 14mm it originally had a rubber grommet but it was blown out and just needed replaced down stem had broke on me so now I'm trying to make it functional with a 14mm joint any advice would be great
This is the beta. Final version will have a more streamlined drain/return with a longer window and less silicone.
I’ve always used plastic bottles for a my geens with just a cap and a socket. But i’ve been wanting to upgrade a bit and make one out of some glass bottles.
Is it worth it to have a downstem that runs into the water to get the filtering effect of a bong? Or would it just be useless. Also if a downstem is useful, how long should it be?
V1 is actually from a broken 3d print and was in my grinder for years before I decided to pursue perfecting the design. Started 3d printing them last year for all my friends. Latest batch is injection molded and comes in every color of the rainbow so I can match my bong 🌈
basically I can design one and get measurments but im studying for my exams this week anyone know a STL file that has these for metal rolling trays. raw makes one called a "crumb catcher" which would be perfect but i want to print it.
This isn’t a basic sticker I’ve been fighting for a year to try and get this off
I work for a small chain of smoke shops, and we've been kicking around the idea of getting a 3d printer to make custom branded stoner accessories like rolling trays, stash containers, grinders, lighter holders, things like that
I've read that filament printers are a no go for grinders because they don't make a sturdy or clean enough print, and you'll likely end up with plastic in your plant matter.
I don't know much about 3d printing, so I'm turning to the stoner engineering hive mind for pointers. What kind of printer would work best for our needs?
With an aluminium foil part in the bowl and a roach connected to it and the bowl(so no weed falls out), making a literal bowl piece

Hey all! Got a dry herb vape setup with a water bubbler that sits on my end table. I’m usually chilling on the couch with a long whip connected to the vape, but the bubbler has a carb plug I have to reach over to clear, which gets annoying.
My quick fix idea is to connect a second whip to the carb opening and just cover the end of that with my thumb to close the carb. Works, but not super elegant.
Any suggestions for a more hands-free way to manage the carb? Maybe some kind of wind-up alternating valve? I have a 3d printer, but not the engineering skills.
I am a wood worker and a turner. I have made a few dugouts so far and just using available bats and one hitters with them. However, I would like to make a dugout and matching one-hitter.
So far, I know that Penn State Industries sells a kit that uses the brass tube (7mm) similar to their pen kits. But then they add a mouth-piece and bowl-piece that are some kind of nipple that friction fit inside the brass insert tube. I may buy a few to play with.
Other than machining them from scratch out of brass is there any other way to source just these tips? Are they something from some other purpose?
Looks like this:
Hey, has anyone got any experience making a DIY dry herb vape?
I've been playing around with a few parts and have knocked up a quick prototype.
At the moment it can only heat a small metal bowl.
I know from a quick google search, the heating element needs to get around 200C...I Think.
I live down-under and can only get access to a real one via a pharmacy for min $150+ for a battery powered vaporizer. I reckon I've done the bulk of the work just making the heating cup, thing.
However, I'm going to need some info from ppl who got actual knowledge. If anyone knows an example of a battery powered one that already exists or just want to laydown some advice. I'm all ears and willing to add some photos if there is decent engagement on this post. (also quite new to reddit )😊
I carved myself a wooden bowl, an upgrade from the tin foil
i just got fired from my job and dropped my bong a few months ago im also pretty bored atm so any of yall got any ideas???
